Summary of nurse work in hospital operating room in 2019
In the blink of an eye, it is the end of the year. I have been in the hospital for 8 months. Under the correct leadership of the head nurse and the director, and with the close cooperation and support of the colleagues in the department, I have completed the task seriously and in the individual. Ideological and political qualities and business work capabilities have made some progress.
We can consciously abide by the various rules and regulations of the hospital, obey the various arrangements of the department leaders, earnestly perform our duties, complete various nursing operations, learn to take every matter seriously, and carefully assist patients in solving problems. Every single thing, seriously accept every patient, treat each patient as a friend and relative. The patient's visit work before the operation was carefully done, and the overall nursing work was applied to the operating room nursing, which was well received by the patients. As a device nurse, we carefully cooperate with each operation. On the basis of proficiency, we constantly innovate. All the purpose is to better cooperate with the surgeon and make the operation be completed smoothly. During the surgical tour, the sterility concept of other medical personnel was supervised, and the operating room was managed to make the operation successful. Through 6 months of study, it has been able to independently complete the instruments and gynecological work of obstetrics and gynecology, orthopedics, general surgery, urology, and ENT.
As a new nurse, of course, there are still some shortcomings in my body that need to be improved. For example, in learning, you need to continue to learn and accumulate experience. In terms of work, the initiative needs to be further improved. This is where I need to improve and improve in the future. In the past year, I would like to thank the director, head nurse, and teaching teacher for their education, guidance, criticism and help. Thank you for your concern and support. Looking back on the past, there are many advances and improvements, and there are also some shortcomings.
