Summary of iodine deficiency disease publicity week work

May 15 this year is the 16th "Iodine Deficiency Prevention Day" in the country. The theme of the school's promotion this year is "Total participation of the whole society and the continuous elimination of iodine deficiency disorders." Our school has carried out various forms and rich content publicity activities to publicize and popularize the knowledge of prevention and treatment of iodine deficiency disorders. The activities are summarized as follows:

First, the leadership attaches importance to the division of labor

The school received the archives of the Education Bureau’s archives, Kejiafa [2010] No. 104, “Referring the Notice on the 16th Anniversary of Prevention and Treatment of Iodine Deficiency Days”, and the response was rapid. The activity leading group held a working conference on the prevention and treatment of iodine deficiency diseases, and clearly defined the division of labor. The teaching office is responsible for checking and implementing the knowledge class on prevention and treatment of iodine deficiency disorders in each class. The General Affairs Department is responsible for the environmental layout of the campus. The Political and Education Department is responsible for publicity on the streets, issuing leaflets for prevention and treatment of iodine deficiency disorders and window display; the Young Pioneers Brigade Counsel is responsible for broadcasting. Mastering the scientific and appropriate method of supplementing iodine greatly enhances students' awareness and ability of self-protection.
