Call for emblem design competition program

First, the purpose of the event

Lucheng District's 2nd XX China Small Athletics Games will be held at the City Sports Center from November 1st to 3rd, 2019. In order to give students a platform to showcase their design talents, and to create an atmosphere of active participation in the track and field sports meeting in the teachers and students, the organizing committee of the sports meeting decided to carry out the emblem design competition for the second xx China Small Athletics Games in Lucheng District. Our school will recommend 2 outstanding works to participate in the district education bureau competition.

From now until October 11, 2019

Fourth, the design requirements

1. The content of the entries is the emblem of the second and middle school students' track and field sports meeting in Lucheng District. The emblem should fully reflect the theme of “healthy growth, being a sunny teenager”;

2. The emblem pattern should be simple in structure, bright in color, novel in creativity, and have strong visual appeal;

3. The manuscript will be printed in a4 color, with a brief description of the creative concept and the author's name, instructor, school and contact number.

4. All entries must be original by the author. If plagiarism or falsification is found, the entries will be invalidated.

Fifth, the way of activity

1. Three to six grades each class handed over 2 excellent emblem works to the brigade, a4 specifications. Time: Before October 11.

2. The event will be judged: first prize, second prize, third prize.

3. The Brigade Department will recommend 2 outstanding works to the Lucheng District Education Bureau to participate in the district emblem design competition.

4. Once the work is adopted by the District Education Bureau, its ownership and use rights belong to the organizing committee of the Games. The Organizing Committee of the Games has the right to modify its design imperfections.

5. All participating manuscripts are not refundable, please submit the manuscript.

V. District-level review and awards

In this emblem design competition, the District Education Bureau will invite relevant experts to form an evaluation committee to review the collected works, and the final results will be announced on the Lucheng District Education Network.

This emblem design competition will be awarded 1 special prize as the emblem of the 2nd xx China Small Athletics Games in Lucheng District. Other entries will be awarded the first, second and third prizes according to 10%, 20% and 30% of the entries, and the instructor will issue a certificate of honor.
