County Bus Station Safety Production Education and Training Program

In order to strengthen the safety management of the source of the station, decompose the safety objectives and implement the safety responsibility, and conscientiously implement the policy of “safety first, prevention first, comprehensive management”, and promote the safety management of the station with plans and steps to ensure the clear purpose of the whole purpose. According to the actual work of the station, the safety production education training for 2019 is now arranged as follows:
Section 1 Safety Education and Training All safety personnel in the station must conduct safety education and training. The education practitioners strictly abide by the safety production system and standards of this position, and perform their duties conscientiously according to the work specifications. The technical safety department is responsible for organizing and implementing the whole year. The training time is not less than 10 hours, and each training time is not less than 2 hours. The training content should include:
1. Relevant laws and regulations concerning production safety;
2. Safety production rules and regulations, post operation procedures;
3. Prevention awareness and emergency measures for safety accidents, self-help and mutual rescue knowledge;
4. Professional ethics and quality service of “Three Passengers and Three Ways of Road Passenger Transport”.
Section 2 Safety Education Training and Assessment All employees who participate in safety education and training must pass the safety education and training to pass the examination before they can be employed. The technical safety department is responsible for the assessment. The assessment contents include:
1. Master the laws and regulations and the station safety management system;
2. Job responsibilities, safe operating procedures, and business skills;
3. Highlight emergency response and self-help and mutual rescue knowledge;
4. Professional ethics and quality service of “Three Passengers and Three Ways of Road Passenger Transport”.
The above-mentioned technical safety department is responsible for the safety assessment of the safety personnel in each quarter, and strictly implements the reward and punishment system according to the station safety production target assessment.
