First, the guiding ideology:

Second, the training content:

1. Ideological quality: Through the training of teachers' etiquette and teachers' professional ethics, teachers' moral cultivation is improved.

2, the theoretical quality: through the teacher's education and teaching theory knowledge, scientific research theory and other aspects of training to regulate routine work.

3, business quality: through the training of teachers' education and teaching skills, modern education technology and other aspects of training to improve education and teaching capabilities.

4, physical and mental quality: through the education, psychology, self-analysis and other aspects of learning and reflection to form a healthy and positive attitude of teachers.

Third, the training object:

Gao Mingshuang, Gao Qiuying, Zhao Deyue and other young teachers.

Fourth, training objectives:

Through the various trainings of this semester, they can gradually become familiar with the subject teaching work → be better qualified for education and teaching work → finally enriched into the teaching of various subjects, and soon became the leader of the teaching.

V. Specific measures and requirements:

1. The training teacher can choose a subject entrance examination subject as his or her own learning content according to his actual situation.

2. Training through self-study, concentration, and lectures.

3. Trained teachers actively participate in various trainings organized by the teaching and research section, and must insist on attending classes.

A teacher who has a good teacher and a strong business ability is employed as the instructor of the new teacher to carry out the teacher-pairing activities.

4. Trained teachers should carry out the “five-one” activities: the previous section of the report class, independently produce a test paper, write an article on education and teaching experience, organize a subject extracurricular activity or class activity, and test the teaching results.
