可是當孩子們分散活動時,王志偉又輕輕地跟我說:“老師,媽媽就是跟爸爸說---你再這樣下去,你就去'節約'吧。”我聽了馬上意識到剛才理解錯了,王志偉媽媽指的是“節育”而不是“節約”。這該怎樣給孩子解釋呢 我隨手拿起一本《袋鼠媽媽的故事》書,跟孩子說:“你看袋鼠媽媽的袋子裏裝了幾隻小袋鼠呀 ”“一隻。”“對呀,多生了寶寶媽媽的袋子就裝不下了,你媽媽生了哥哥和你,要好好照顧你們,他們也感覺很累了,所以媽媽認為生孩子也要節約,不能再生了,你懂了嗎 ”王志偉歪著小腦袋想了一會兒,點點頭說:“老師,我懂了。”雖然看上去,有些似懂非懂,但是我相信有了一個大概的輪廓這個難題隨著時間的推移,孩子慢慢會清楚的。

評析與反思:

1、創設環境,激發思維。幼兒思維的活躍程度有賴於所處的環境狀態,孩子在輕松狀態下思維的空間會很大,向老師提出各種問題也顯得很自然。以上案例就說明了這一點,王志偉小朋友平時比較內向,而他提出的問題也許困擾了他一段時間,當教師在與幼兒一起愉快建構時,他的心理處於放鬆狀態,所以提出問題顯得很自然,而幼兒在討論問題時思維是非常活躍的,他們會聯想到平時所獲得的信息、觀察到的情景和所看到的電視新聞。因此教師要註意創設寬松、自然的活動環境,同時也要敏銳地觀察孩子的註意點和感興趣的話題。良好教育環境的設計應發揮多層面的教育功能。


篇四:幼稚園教學反思調研

學會反思是現代教師必須具備的貭素,也是教師不斷成長的階梯。為了提高教師的教學反思的能力和技巧,不斷深化幼稚園對教學反思的認識,使教師具有反思的意識,並使反思成為教師的一種自覺行為,我對本市幼兒教師的教學反思活動情況進行了調研:

一對我市幼兒教師教學反思活動的總結回顧:

近年來,教學反思活動在各個單位的教育實踐中得到廣泛開展,它逐漸成為提高教師貭素,促進教師專業發展的重要途徑之一。正是認識到了反思教學的重要,我們幼稚園圍繞教學反思開展了一系列的活動:組織教育筆記評比交流、組織參加鄭州市反思教學研討會、組織全市幼兒教師教學反思課件培訓及評比活動。下面就歷次活動的情況進行回顧總結如下:

組織教育筆記評比交流活動。

為了使幼兒教師及時總結一日活動各環節中的經驗教訓,使好的教育觀念、教學方法得以推廣交流,避免教師在教育教學工作中走彎路,我們於2003年11月28日進行了幼兒教師教育筆記評比交流活動。本次活動突出的優點是:①書寫認真,字型工整,幹凈整齊,能夠完成10篇教育筆記的任務。②大部分的內容都有恰當的小標題。結尾部分有教師的感想或對此事的看法。對整個事情做反思回顧。如一個教師所寫:生活中不缺少美,而是缺少發現美的眼睛。在《偏愛與博愛》一篇中寫道:過分偏愛一個孩子,你就會失去所有的孩子。又如:小飛的"闖禍"並不是他的初衷,他隻是想用自己的雙手嘗試著解決一點問題,"破壞"也不是他們的目的,他們隻是想用自己的頭腦探求一點道理。用愛心去溫暖他,用耐心去傾聽他,用恆心去等待他。當孩子與老師發生沖突時,教師放棄教育是不負責任的,與幼兒對峙也是愚蠢的,隻有了解並掌握了幼兒對抗的原因與特點,方可找出解決問題的策略。我很慶幸,自己做了一會"懶"老師,沒有"辛辛苦苦"地剝奪了孩子們發展的機會。 ③教師能夠把一日生活中的小事,用一雙慧眼發現生活中的每一個閃光點,每一個細節。用一顆火熱的愛心去溫暖孩子的心田。如:有寫整理積木的、有寫接待孩子的、有寫玩玩具的,有寫幼兒就餐情況的等。範圍較廣。真正做到了涵蓋了一日生活的各個方面。④教師製作了與文章內容一致的插圖、配畫、剪畫、點綴。如幼兒喝水的、做遊戲的、操作材料的等,這是教師愛美、欣賞美、展示美的一種方式,但也有個別的教師構圖太花、太雜亂,整幅圖都配有圖案背景,讓人看得眼花繚亂,影響了筆記本身的內容。顯得喧賓奪主、畫蛇添足。失去了筆記本身的意義。⑤教師能夠結合日常生活,寫出記實性強的內容。如:與天氣有關的內容,入冬以來的第一場雪,大雪紛飛與幼兒的體育鍛煉身心健康;秋天裏幼稚園落下的片片樹葉組織孩子在園裏撿落葉,毛毛蟲子從樹上落下來,教師引導幼兒觀察的情景;教師對教研員聽課的感受;學習周弘老師賞識教育的感受;下雨時教師帶領幼兒在園裏看雨的情景……⑥能製作與教育筆記內容相一致的課件。如:引導幼兒進行科學研究觀察的課件,錄製孩子們玩瓶子、玩鐵器、玩紙杯等的情景。

本次活動存在的不足:①有錯別字的現象:圓長、話伴、敢快、事得其反、快了、蜂蛹而來等,也有的句子不通順、詞不達意。如:教學實踐證明,不是教師就能進步,而是學生真正學會才能發展。②有抄襲現象:教師姓名和筆記本上的不一樣;摘抄大量的理論:在教學中要把外因與內因釐清,誘是外因,思是內因,變教為誘變學為思,促進發展。
