Part 1: Reflections on Chinese Language Teaching in Chinese Language Teaching

Hello everyone! As a young teacher, I am very grateful to the school and teachers for giving me this opportunity. I am very happy to be able to sit here and speak. Below, I will exchange some of my own practices in this year's teaching with everyone. If there is anything wrong, please give me valuable advice. Now I will talk about it from two aspects.
First, basic teaching
The usual teaching work can be said that everyone is doing the same. I don't think that I am doing better than everyone, but I think it is to communicate with you, so I chose two points to talk about my approach:
Word
The literacy teaching at the national stage is an important part of the Chinese class, and the third grade is more important, so I have strengthened the study of new words and words. In addition to writing more and more practice, I ask students to practice writing letters for 10 minutes every day at noon. They can use wordbooks or copybooks, but the content must be mastered in the textbook. And before you go to bed, read the words you have learned and deepen your memory. For the third-grade students, in addition to the practice of making words, students should also develop the habit of developing diligent dictionaries. Therefore, before each lesson, I have to arrange the student self-examination dictionary, self-learning new words in the text, and ask to record relevant knowledge in the process of looking up the dictionary. A semester, the children have made great progress in the writing and memory of the new words.
Learn to prepare
The third grade is a crucial period for reading teaching. Pre-class teaching is essential. But it also requires a gradual process. My idea is to let the students first understand what is the preparation, so in the third grade last semester, I have prepared a simple preparation plan for the children:
1. Read the text three times: ask for a long sentence in the text, a difficult-to-read sentence, or a sentence with more words and more words to be read several times;
2. Freely learn the words, words, words that are not recognized, and words that do not understand the dictionary;

Perhaps because of this, composition teaching is a problem I have been thinking about. I think that the teaching of national essays should start from the mode teaching, so that students can gradually achieve innovation and progress, and essays. In fact, the model, in short, is a model of things, cabinets, many people believe that composition is a process of creation, should not be too much for children, let them play freely. But in fact, the children don't even have the most basic essay knowledge. Where do you talk about writing? The third grade is the most crucial year for composition. Therefore, I feel that the children should first understand the basic mode of composition. Therefore, I ask the children to separate the three parts of the head, the middle and the end. On this basis, Then teach the children how to write sentences smoothly, how to write in natural paragraphs. Then, further guide the children how to write clearly, write specifics, and so on.
I think I can teach the children basic essays from the ready-made model, and this model is the text. It can be said that I am involved in composition teaching in each of my texts.
Write your true feelings
Remember, my first praise from the teacher is "My Family," and this article is the most authentic feeling in my heart. Now think about it, this may be the key. Only by writing your own real feelings can your article become an interesting article. Although the third grade is only the beginning stage of the essay, I still ask the children to write as much as possible to write the most real things around them, and apart from this, I have a request: I must write myself at the end of each essay. The most authentic feelings and opinions, but in the Chutian Cup essay competition, the reason why children can win is perhaps to win in the real!
Whisper and half an hour before going to bed
What is a whisper? What is this form? I think everyone knows it. In fact, this is the true monologue of one's inner thoughts. To write what you want to say the most, the whisper is actually another form of diary. The difference is that in this form, the children can The teacher can communicate with the heart and heart, and can write what he wants to say the most, so the children are more willing to accept. But if it’s just the child’s talk and I’m not moving, then it’s not called communication. In the face of the joy and troubles of the children, I will take different ways to deal with them, sometimes directly to the children in the book, and more to find them to talk. And from this I can really feel the growth of my child. With the teacher's reply, the children will not care about it when writing, and the interest in writing will be stronger. Also, don't be afraid that your child will have an opinion about you. To write a good essay, it requires a lot of accumulation. Reading is the most direct method, so I made a reading plan half an hour before going to bed. Half an hour before going to bed, I have to study for half an hour before going to bed, and I don't make a prescription for the type of books. Because I remember that an article in Teacher Dou Guimei wrote such a passage: "In childhood and adolescence, children need fairy tales, myths, and celebrity biographies. Besides, there may be nothing to cover his poetry, spirituality, and Huigen. Only when children read books full of honey, in the reading of the wings that stretch free mind and open their imagination, can they rise to lofty and wisdom in a world of truth, kindness and beauty." But these are indispensable for parents, so Before, I had a heart-to-heart relationship with my parents, telling them the reasons and benefits of doing so. With the active cooperation of parents, the plan for half an hour before going to bed was successfully carried out. At the beginning, just reading, and then the parents reflected the children's reading on the signature book. Then, I began to teach the children how to accumulate good words and good sentences, and how to make three notes. This work is also in progress. Fourth, more practice
If you want to write a good essay, you have nothing more to do. I arrange very small pens very frequently, and most of the content is taken from the little things in life, or the things that appear in the class to write their own feelings. In fact, the text is also a good source of small pens. Example: After learning the article "Children in the Township", I arranged the children to write their own feelings. Then, continue to help parents do a week of housework, and then write a feeling. This way I have practiced the pen and let the children really understand the greatness of the children in the township. I really let the children write a small pen in 60% of the texts in the third grade textbooks, and the children who are so many pens will be bored, so I don’t have too many restrictions on the children’s pens and give them freedom. The space to play, the number of words is not limited, you can write more when you have words, you can only write a few words when you have no words. But be sure to write the truest feelings in your heart. These are just some of my small ideas in composition teaching, and there are still many shortcomings that need to be further explored in the future. Last year, in the Chutian Cup essay competition, three students in our class won the first prize. In addition to the usual training, the research and analysis of the question type is also very important. Before the exam, I searched the Internet for the topic of the Chutian Cup essay contest in recent years, as well as various comments on the essay contest. Later, I carefully analyzed these and determined the test questions ranged from fairy tales and memo articles. The chances of writing a fairy tale are higher, so I trained specifically for this type of composition before the exam. I have been in school for 7 years, and I have grown up here step by step, and my growth is inseparable from the help of the teachers here. I thank you all here. These are just some of my little opinions. If there are any problems, I hope that the teachers will give me a lot of advice.


Part 2: Reflection on Chinese Teaching in the Fifth Grade

Looking back at the teaching work of one semester, I have achieved many achievements, but at the same time there are many shortcomings. In order to do a good job in the future, we will briefly analyze the language teaching work of one semester as follows.

2. In the teaching, we strive to embody the practicality and comprehensiveness of the language, strive to improve the classroom teaching, and consider the integration of knowledge and ability, emotion and attitude, process and method as a whole, and carry out heuristic and discussion-based teaching.
3. Chapter three:

Into the Chinese language teaching in the context of the new curriculum reform, in the process, I really saw the trajectory of my growth, really felt a dynamic and outstanding teacher, a section hit the wisdom of the spark Language class. The new curriculum reform has been two years old in Wanzhou. Reflection: What kind of language class for children?
I remember that at the beginning of the curriculum reform, many teachers and parents said: "The curriculum reform is an experimental process, but it has a bearing on the fate of thousands of children!" Give students an "open classroom."
1. Let the children "show themselves."
"Teaching is not just a kind of telling, but more of a student's experience, inquiry and perception."

3. Middle school in life.

5. Reflect on the hypothetical problem.

7. Rethinking the essence of things.
Philosophy is the foundation of all science, and psychology and education are the foundation of educational science. To learn to make deeper reflections, we must master philosophical principles and learn psychology and pedagogical knowledge in order to make "reflection" more comprehensive, more scientific, and more objective, in order to improve the gold content of "reflection."
Fifth, write attention to teaching reflection
1. Pay attention to the “falling point” of reflection.
Most of the teachers are at the level of practical research, so we must pay attention to the advantages and advantages of our own, and find the foothold of "reflection." First of all, we must do a good self-reflection of individual teaching ability and teaching style, such as whether the classroom teaching design is too single, whether the teaching organization is orderly, whether the incentives and rewards are obtained, and whether the classroom atmosphere is harmonious. 2. Pay attention to the "systematization" of reflection.

3. Pay attention to the "practical" of reflection.
The new curriculum standard is a concept, the practice is carried out under the guidance of the concept, and the concept is developed under the argument of practice. The purpose of "reflection" is to transform teaching practice and embody value in practice.


Chapter 5:

The new round of curriculum reform has filled the national language teaching with new vitality. This is of course a good thing. At the same time, it should also be noted that since everyone is still in the exploratory stage of the new curriculum, how to carry out the teaching of Chinese language and small language, there are many different opinions, which makes people feel like they have nothing to do. Although many viewpoints are unique and novel, they seem to be very difficult to manipulate. Especially by listening to some lessons, I feel that our current Chinese teaching has begun to move toward new extremes: blind classroom dialogue, blindly emphasize reading and sentiment. Is this necessarily the correct way of teaching Chinese in the new curriculum? Teaching like this, can we meet the requirements of the curriculum standards for Chinese teaching?
I think that if you teach Chinese like this, if you use dialectic, it is impossible to have a good effect. Stealing that we must not neglect the law of students learning Chinese, we must not neglect the rules of education and teaching, and must not ignore the three dimensions of the curriculum objectives. If you leave the situation and seek truth from facts, leaving the issue of comprehensively looking at the problem, leaving the issue of change and development, and seeing everything in a one-size-fits-all manner, it is definitely not acceptable. Education, educational psychology needs to keep pace with the times, but never give up! In particular, we must fully follow the laws of education and teaching that they reveal.
Therefore, it is very important to teach Chinese in the new curriculum to try to make students have the following basic qualities:
1, get used to it. That is to have a variety of good language learning habits. Habit is the second life of man. Chinese teaching must pay attention to the cultivation of good language learning habits. Regardless of personality, study and method, we must attach great importance to it, and strive to actively guide from many aspects, from the strict requirements, strict training, to train students good habits. In particular, it is important to cultivate habits and positive guidance, but educational psychology tells us that habits develop education and sometimes must be mandatory. In this way, it seems that the concept of "people-oriented" is contrary to each other. In fact, it is not. The author believes that the true "people-oriented" is not entirely the enthusiasm in the classroom, blindly obeying and accommodating students, if necessary, it is necessary to have the will of teachers. Because, we have to think about the future of our children. That is the most essential meaning of "people-oriented".
For the national small students, the following eight aspects of the habits bear the brunt: First, the initiative to learn, the habit of studying hard; Second, careful and meticulous habits. Third, diligent, hands-on, brain-moving habits; Fourth, bold, generous, speak loudly, speak Mandarin habits; five, cherish the habit of book stationery; six, good habits; seven, actively participate in cooperative learning Habits; eight, norms, neat writing habits.
Cultivate habits, we must carefully guide, strict requirements, bit by bit. For example, to cultivate students' writing habits, in order for students to write a good word, they must require a certain speed, and they must be standardized and neatly written. You must always take the initiative to learn words. Habits are migratory.
