According to the "Contract Law of the People's Republic of China", in order to clarify the rights and obligations of both parties, the following agreements are reached between the service provider and the service party through negotiation:

First, the maintenance method:

1. In order to ensure the normal use of Party A's office equipment, Party B shall regularly perform maintenance on Party A's office equipment during the contract period, and maintain it once every 30 days.

2. When Party A's machine fails, Party A shall promptly notify Party B. Party B's maintenance personnel will arrive at the fastest speed to eliminate the machine failure for Party A in the shortest time.

3. The repair location is usually in the office of Party A. If the instrument is measured due to the excluded fault, or the office of Party A cannot be repaired; and the staff of Party B do not want to disturb the normal work of Party A, these situations should be Party B's maintenance personnel brought back the repairs of Party B.

? Description:

1. Party B's maintenance personnel should explain to Party A's personnel how to use it correctly and to share some common sense of service life.

2. During the validity period of the contract, if Party A's office equipment needs to be replaced, Party B's maintenance personnel should explain the reasons for replacing these parts and the consequences of not replacing these parts. Party A should respect Party B's technical personnel. The cost of parts and components is paid by Party A.

3. In order to ensure the normal use of Party A's office equipment, Party A shall use the parts and consumables provided by Party B as much as possible.

4. If Party A's personnel cause damage to the machine due to improper use; or if one of Party A's machines fails, Party A's responsible person does not notify Party B, and Party A handles it without authorization. In either case, Party B shall not be liable.
