Party A entrusts Party B to carry out the printing and processing of the disc surface. Party A and Party B reached the following agreements on matters related to the entrusted matters and licenses:

Second, the obligations and responsibilities of both parties

1. The printed CD provided by Party A must be an empty disk. If Party B finds a CD with content, it completely refuses to print, and Party A shall bear all losses and legal liabilities for all losses and disputes caused. Party A shall be responsible for any disputes arising from the burning of the contents of the CD after the completion of printing, and Party B shall not bear any legal responsibility.

2. The pictures, logos and text materials used for disk printing shall be provided by Party A. The pictures, logos and text materials guaranteed by Party A shall not infringe the copyrights of others and shall not violate the relevant laws and regulations of the State. Party B shall only provide the combination, and all legal liabilities arising from any dispute arising from the printed contents of the disk shall be borne by Party A.

3. When Party A’s responsibility is revised, Party A and Party B shall sign a separate contract to replenish the contract and pay the relevant fees. Otherwise, Party B has the right to temporarily suspend the work, and all losses caused by Party A shall be the responsibility of Party A.

4. Party B shall deliver the goods on time. In case of special circumstances, it shall be promptly submitted to Party A and resolved by both parties through negotiation.

5. If the discs commissioned by Party A are provided by Party B to ensure the quality, Party A shall provide the discs, and Party B shall not guarantee the quality.

3. This contract shall be made in two copies. The signatory or seal of the two parties shall be effective upon signing or stamping. Both Party A and Party B hold one copy and have the same legal effect. After a dispute arises, the two parties shall first resolve the matter through consultation. If the negotiation fails, it shall be submitted to the people's court in the place where the contract is performed.
