Article 3 Project Fees and Payment Methods

1. Natural gas garden pipe network, external line medium pressure pipeline, pressure regulating device, meter, natural gas valve and supporting pipe fittings, earth and stone works, landform restoration and other engineering costs.

Second, natural gas release air volume, pipeline touch, design, supervision and other costs.

Article 4 Date of Payment by Party A

Party A shall pay 60% of the total amount of the project within five days after the signing of this contract, and the balance shall be paid 10 days before the ventilation.

Article 5 Material and Equipment Configuration

1. The materials and equipment required for the project shall be supplied by Party B.

2. The burning appliances shall be purchased by Party A on its own products that are qualified by the local government authorities and meet the standards for safe gas use.

Third, the safety responsibility accidents arising from the quality of gas appliances are the responsibility of the fuel supply supplier.

4. The materials and equipment supplied by Party B must be qualified products that meet the technical quality standards of the state or relevant industries.

Article 6 Responsibilities of Party A and Party B

First, Party A’s responsibility

1. Party A shall provide Party B with the following accurate and complete design basic materials within the effective date of this contract: Party A's gas location and the surrounding plan's general plan topographic map, general plan layout, gas-fired building plan, and elevation plan , section view, structure diagram, standard floor plan. The construction of large sample maps, gas construction water supply construction drawings and electrical circuit layout drawings. The general plan of the concealed project in the gas garden, the location map of the red line of the pressure regulating metering room of the user, the topographic strip plan and the longitudinal section of the road.

2. Within _________ days from the effective date of the contract, the passages for construction sites and urban and rural roads and the main traffic trunks within the construction site will be opened free of charge to meet the needs of construction and transportation, and to ensure smooth flow during construction.

3. From the effective date of the contract, it is responsible for connecting the total construction power source and water source of the construction site free of charge, meeting the needs of construction electricity and water consumption, and ensuring the normal use of Party B during the construction period to provide the construction material preparation room. Do a good job of leveling, demolition and elimination of all obstacles in the red line.

4. Provide a list of households and corresponding house numbers before construction.

5. Ensure that designers and construction personnel can smoothly enter the survey and construction of each household.

6. Provide relevant documents and documents such as files and certificates provided by Party A, such as city planning, fire protection, municipal administration, rivers, gardens, transportation, etc.; provide quality inspection and fire department to accept the building's qualified materials or certificates. Cooperate with Party B to handle relevant procedures.

7. Before the gas project acceptance of high-rise buildings, the fire alarm control system of the gas solenoid valve should be installed and improved.

8. Party A shall not arbitrarily modify or damage gas engineering facilities, and shall not bury or package natural gas pipelines or equipment.

9. Signed a gas supply contract with Party B.

Second, the responsibility of Party B

1. The representative of the city, the city planning, fire, municipal, river, garden, transportation and other units apply for the relevant procedures and compensation for the implementation of gas projects.

2. Except for the second paragraph of Article 7, the implementation of the entire project is completed within the agreed time period.

3. Responsible for providing complete completion information.

4. Responsible for organizing the quality supervision and management of gas engineering, the quality supervision and management party shall be responsible for the quality of the project.

5. Responsible for organizing project completion procedures, handling, and ventilation.

6. If the reasons for non-Party B are in special circumstances, the project cannot be implemented, and Party B shall promptly inform Party A.

7. Signed a gas supply contract with Party A.

Article 7 Project Term

1. According to the national labor quota and the current situation of the project, the construction period of the project is determined to be _________ days, which is calculated from the effective date of the contract.

2. In case of the following conditions, the construction period will be postponed or suspended:

1. Due to the inaccuracy, incompleteness or changes in the structure of the basic information provided by Party A, the project cannot be progressed on schedule and affects the progress.

2. Party A cannot provide the construction site, water, power supply, and roads fail to be connected, and the obstacles cannot be eliminated, which may result in Party B not being able to construct.

3. Party A temporarily proposes to change the project content or replace the equipment to affect the progress of the project.

4. Party A did not pay according to the contract.

5. Party A or related personnel of Party A will hinder the progress of the project.

6. Delayed construction due to irresistible human factors.

7. The government or relevant departments have other regulations that do not affect the progress of Party B’s terms of reference.

Article 8 Project Quality and Warranty

I. Engineering design and construction quality, according to the "Urban Gas Design Regulations" gb50028-93, "Technical Regulations for Design, Installation and Acceptance of Urban Gas Transmission and Distribution and Application Engineering" dbjXX88, "Code for Construction Acceptance of Urban Gas Transmission and Distribution Projects" 》gjj33-89, “Technical Regulations for Polyethylene Gas Pipeline Engineering” cjj63-95.

2. The free warranty period is one year from the date of delivery of the project.

Article 9 In the process of implementing the gas project, if Party A changes its intention, reduces or cancels the amount of work, Party B shall collect the corresponding fees for the completed project quantity.

Article 10 Liability for breach of contract

1. Party A's failure to perform its obligations in accordance with Article 6 of this contract and other provisions in the contract is considered a breach of contract.

2. Party B fails to perform its obligations in accordance with the provisions of Article 6 of this contract and other provisions in the contract, and is deemed to be in breach of contract.

3. The defaulter shall pay the liquidated damages to the observant party at the amount of 2% of the total project cost.

Article 11 The disputes arising during the performance of this contract shall be settled through negotiation between the parties. If the negotiation fails, the following methods shall be resolved:

Article 12 Supplementary Provisions
