Article 3 Material Supply

Article 4 Project settlement method

Article 5 Project Acceptance

Article 6 Warranty Maintenance

Party B shall provide maintenance and maintenance services for the gas supply system. The warranty period shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the State Council Decree No. 279 “Regulations on Construction Project Management”. Namely: the maintenance of non-human damage of equipment and materials within two years, Party B provides free and free service; after two years, it is paid service.

Article 7 The files that make up the contract

Article 8 Party A's Commitment and Guarantee

1. It is a limited liability company established and validly existing in accordance with the law;

Article 9 Party B's Commitment and Guarantee

1. It is a limited liability company established and validly existing in accordance with the law;

2. It has the right to conduct transactions under this Agreement and has taken all necessary corporate and legal actions to authorize the performance and performance of this Agreement;

Third, to ensure that in the construction process, in line with the purpose of safety first, if there is a safety accident and a work-related accident that jeopardizes itself and others due to Party B, Party B shall bear all expenses and responsibilities;

4. Commit to carry out construction and completion according to the contract, and assume the responsibility of engineering quality warranty during the quality warranty period;

5. This Agreement shall constitute a binding obligation on the date of its signature.

Article 10 Liability for breach of contract

1. Party A shall pay the money on time. If the time limit is exceeded, Party A shall pay _________% of the liquidated damages. And Party B has the right to terminate the system operation.

2. If Party B fails to deliver the goods within the time limit stipulated in the contract, it shall be compensated for the double of the payment made by Party A.

Third, due to Party A's reasons for the suspension of construction or slow construction, measures should be taken to make up or reduce losses. At the same time, the compensation for Party B caused the actual loss of work stoppage, work, rework, personnel and mechanical equipment transfer, material and component backlog.

Article 11 Confidentiality

One party shall be obliged to keep confidential the business secrets of the other party that is known as a result of this agreement, and shall not disclose it to other relevant third parties, except as otherwise provided by current Chinese laws and regulations or with the written consent of the other party.

Article 12 Supplements and Changes

This Agreement may be modified or supplemented in writing in accordance with the opinions of the parties, and the resulting supplemental agreement shall have the same legal effect as the Agreement.

Article 13 Force Majeure

In the event that any party fails to perform this Agreement in whole or in part due to force majeure, or delays in the performance of this Agreement, the event shall be notified to the other party in writing within three days from the date of the event of force majeure, and within 30 days from the date of the event. Submit to the other party a certificate that causes all or part of it to be unfulfilled or delayed.

Article 14: Settlement of disputes

In the event of a dispute between the parties to this Agreement concerning the interpretation or performance of the relevant provisions of this Agreement, they shall be settled through friendly negotiation. If no written agreement is reached through negotiation, either party has the right to file a lawsuit in a people's court with jurisdiction.

Article 15 Priority

In order to facilitate the maintenance after the completion of the project, Party B will become the preferred gas supplier after the completion of the project.

Article 16 Others

1. This Agreement shall enter into force on the date on which the legal representatives of the parties or their authorized agents sign and affix their official seals.

2. The contract shall be in duplicate, and Party A and Party B shall each hold one copy and have the same legal effect.
