3. According to the current business situation, the above salary includes the salary of the head chef.

4. During the work period, Party B personnel shall: comply with Party A's rules and regulations and national laws and regulations, and Party B shall guarantee the reserves of the staff in the kitchen to ensure that the minority's leave and rest will not affect the normal operation of the hotel. At the same time, we must ensure the quality of the dishes, but also constantly introduce new varieties, new patterns, and strive to make the guests satisfied, and do their best to create wealth for the development of Party A.

5. During the cooperation period, Party A shall provide Party B with the necessary working conditions and agreed living conditions. If there is any objection to the personnel of Party B, it may be submitted to Party B in time, and Party B shall promptly improve it to the satisfaction of both parties.

Party A shall not order or induce Party B to do anything against the laws of the State. Otherwise, Party A shall be responsible for the responsibility; Party B shall not commit any violation of any laws or regulations and violate the interests of the hotel after going out or after work. Otherwise, the consequences are at your own risk.

7. In the event of a work-related accident, the responsibility shall be clarified and disposed of. In the event of an emergency, the store can first spend more than 50% of the funds for emergency. Then deal with the relevant national regulations.

8. Party A promises that the operating income will reach RMB 10,000 and RMB 10,000 yuan. On this basis, every increase in operating income will be RMB 10,000, and the kitchen staff will increase this incentive as appropriate. In addition, Party B shall ensure that the gross profit margin will reach 46%--50%, and every 1% below 46% will be deducted from Party B by RMB 200. For each of the above 50%, RMB 2 shall be awarded to RMB 200, and the maximum shall not exceed RMB 56%. At the same time, Party B must ensure the proportion of the dishes and the reasonable mix of the main and auxiliary materials.

9. If Party A and Party B want to terminate this Agreement, one party shall submit it to the other party in advance in order to arrange the work. If Party B first proposes to terminate this agreement, Party A may hire the kitchen personnel before leaving the store. If Party B does not guarantee the quality of the dishes, it fails to make new decisions and does not control the cost. Party A proposes to Party B, and Party B has not seriously improved it. Party A may at any time propose to terminate this agreement.

X. Matters not covered by this Agreement shall be dealt with jointly by Party A and Party B in accordance with relevant regulations and in the spirit of mutual understanding.

XI. This Agreement is made in two copies. Each Party A and Party B shall hold one copy. The two parties will take effect after signing and stamping.
