Party A and Party B reached the following agreement on Party B's contracting operation of all the chess and card rooms of Party A:

1. Party A shall contract the chess and card room to Party B for operation. Party B shall not arbitrarily change the existing structure and shall not arbitrarily change its functions. The property that Party A has placed in the chess room is shown in the list.

Second, the contracting time is tentatively scheduled for one year, from __________ years ________ ________ days to __________ years ________ months _________ days. Upon expiration of the contract, depending on the cooperation between the two parties, the parties shall negotiate whether to continue to contract.

3. Party B shall pay the contracted deposit ___________10,000 yuan in one lump sum, pay it in one lump sum after the signing of the contract, and return it after deducting the relevant expenses payable by Party B after the expiration of the contract. Party B shall pay Party A the total amount of contracted amount of ___________ yuan, which is ___________ yuan per month. In the first period, the company will pay ___________ yuan in one week before the opening of the business, and will pay the monthly fees in the future, and settle the financial balance before 15 months. If Party B pays overdue, Party A shall bear a penalty of five tenths of a day per day.

4. The water and electricity expenses used by the chess and card room during the contract period shall be settled independently by Party B according to the actual degree of water and electricity meter, and shall be collected by Party A on a monthly basis.

5. The various expenses that the management department should charge shall be borne by Party B, and Party A shall pay on behalf of Party B.

6. Party A shall provide Party B with one internal telephone number, and the telephone bill shall be settled monthly according to the actual number of use of Party B.

7. If Party A needs to use the chess room in case of special reception activities, Party B shall notify Party B one to two days in advance, and Party B shall give priority to Party A for the use and half price. For Party A's relationship customers, Party B shall give preferential prices, and the specific standards shall be negotiated separately.

8. The property in the chess room shall be properly kept and used by Party B. If there is any damage, Party B shall provide compensation or compensation according to the degree of damage.

9. Party B shall not independently carry out business activities outside the scope of this business in the name of A. If Party A is required to stamp the activities of this business, it must be approved by Party A in advance.

X. Party B shall abide by the local public security police station's security requirements and operate legally. If it violates relevant regulations, it shall bear all legal responsibilities. If Party B suffers relevant economic penalties due to Party B’s illegal acts, the result of the punishment will ultimately be borne by Party B.

11. Party B has the following acts: Party A has the right to cancel the contract in advance:

1. Party B violates the law;

2. Party B arbitrarily changes the layout of the chess room or arbitrarily changes the function of the chess room;

3. Party B has not paid the contract for more than two months.

12. This Agreement shall enter into force after being signed by both parties and shall not be breached. Any party who cancels the contract in advance must notify the other party one month in advance and bear the corresponding liability for breach of contract.

This Agreement is made in two copies, each party holding one copy and the seal is effective.
