The products produced by Party A are entrusted to Party B for irradiation processing, and the following agreements are reached through friendly negotiation between the two parties:
1. Party A will send the product to the designated place of Party B's warehouse, with a delivery note, and Party B will register it. Party B will issue a harvest receipt. Party A will deliver the delivery plan to Party B one week in advance, if there are special circumstances, two in advance. In the notice of the day, Party B shall, in accordance with the time required by Party A, arrange the irradiation amount in time to ensure that Party A picks up the goods on time.
2. Party B is responsible for irradiating Party A's products, so that the product microorganisms can meet the internal control requirements of Party A, and issue inspection certificates. If the package is not damaged after irradiation, the microorganisms are found to be unqualified within two months. 4. Product loading and unloading shall be resolved by Party B. During the loading and unloading process, the rupture and flattening of the carton shall not occur. Party A shall send the products to Party B. Party B shall manage the batch and be responsible for storage and storage. If there is any loss, Party B shall compensate according to the actual price.
5. In the event of a disputed issue, the two parties shall resolve the issue in a friendly and mutually beneficial manner, and shall not unilaterally breach the contract or terminate the agreement.
