After friendly negotiation, both parties will reach an agreement on the decoration and construction of Party A's contracting party and sign this contract.

1. Party B shall undertake all construction work for the decoration of the house, that is, the implementation of “contracting without packaging”, Party A shall prepare the decoration materials, and Party B shall only be responsible for the construction. The specific construction contents are detailed in the attached files.

Third, the payment method:

1. On the date of Party B's construction, Party A will prepay the RMB to Yuanfang;

3. Within days after the completion of all renovation works, Party A shall pay the remaining RMB.

4. Construction period: Both parties shall determine that the construction period of the building is one day, and Party B shall complete all construction tasks within the agreed time period.

V. Other agreements:

1. Party A shall be responsible for purchasing decoration materials in time according to the list provided by Party B;

2. Party A shall pay in time according to the contract, otherwise payment of liquidated damages shall be made at 200 yuan/day;

3. Party B prepares its own tools and hires personnel to take charge of construction safety. It strictly follows the drawings provided by Party A and the requirements of Party A to ensure the quality of the project. If the quality is unqualified during the construction process, it will cause rework, resulting in the decoration. Material loss and labor loss shall be borne by Party B itself;

4. Party B shall not waste or misappropriate Party A's decoration materials, otherwise it shall be punished according to 500 yuan/time, and shall compensate Party A for losses;

5. Party B shall complete all construction tasks within the contract period as agreed in the contract, and shall be punished according to 200 yuan/day for each extension. If Party A delays the construction period due to Party A's failure to pay in time, delay in decoration materials or new construction contents, Party B shall not be liable for breach of contract;

6. The warranty period for the decoration of the house is one year. During the warranty period, Party B shall be responsible for the free maintenance of Party A in time.
