In order to properly use the equipment handling costs, the equipment handling work was completed safely and smoothly. After careful consultation between Party A and Party B, the following agreement was reached.

1. Party A agrees that the finished product warehouse, drying cylinder, batcher, powder tank, and other equipment shall be handed over to Party B for transportation. After Party B receives the notice from Party A, the hoisting and transporting vehicles shall enter the designated venue of Party A within 3 days. Party B shall bear the hoisting work of all equipment after Party B's crane enters the scene.

2. Party A intends to lend the use fee of the crane and the transportation board for the above work of the equipment to Party B at one time.

3. In order to encourage Party B to actively cooperate and pull the equipment out of the construction site as soon as possible, the two parties agreed that Party A will issue a certain amount of coordination fee to Party B, and Party B shall not make any difficulty, no matter how long it lasts, Party B must do its utmost to The equipment is loaded into the car at the fastest speed, and the goods carried by itself are transported out of the disassembly site. If Party B does not damage the equipment caused by Party A's designated route and speed, Party B shall compensate according to the actual damage estimate.

8. The sum of the cost of the crane, board and truck and the payment of the personnel and transportation expenses of Party B shall be _________ yuan.

9. For matters not covered by this Agreement, Party A and Party B shall separately negotiate a supplementary agreement. The Supplementary Agreement has the same effect as this Agreement.

10. This Agreement is made in four copies, each party shall hold two copies, and the two parties shall automatically take effect from the date of signature and seal, and shall expire after the payment of the contract is completed.
