The first point: Party A bears

When the product variety, quality or packaging specifications are changed to cause losses to Party B, the actual loss of Party B shall be repaid ____

If the return is made midway, Party B will pay the liquidated damages of Party B to return the total value of the payment.

If the self-raised product fails to pick up the goods on the specified date, each time the extension is made, Party B shall reimburse Party B for the penalty of ___ of the total value of the goods to be deferred.

The second point: Party B assumes

If the goods are not delivered in accordance with the quantity stipulated in the contract, if they are still needed and Party A still needs them, they shall pay the amount according to the number; if they are not required, they may return the goods and bear the losses; if they are unable to deliver the goods, they shall pay the goods that Party A cannot deliver.
