Article 7 warranty

The contractor guarantees that the equipment will not meet the technical specifications due to defects in equipment materials and processes, as well as imperfect design.

If the equipment and components fail from the date of signing the site acceptance, if the fault occurs within half a year, the contractor shall be responsible for the exchange or repair within ______ days of receipt of the notice of the ordering party, and the costs incurred shall be borne by the contractor. bear.
