The Party shall provide a housekeeping service contract in the form of Party A providing housekeeping services, Party A's payment of labor costs, and Party C's guarantee to Party B:

Third, the certificate:

2) Party B presents an effective and authentic medical certificate. The contents of the medical examination should be: normal chest, no heart disease, no hypertension, 2 pairs of normal liver function, no infectious diseases. And Party A shall keep it;

Party B is willing to go to Party A for housekeeping services; accept Party C as the guarantor of Party B; voluntarily sign this contract.

Provide valid content and conform to the medical certificate of the contract;

Doing housework in full accordance with the requirements of this contract made by the three parties.

2. Property and life safety:

If Party B accidentally destroys the customer's goods, Party B shall compensate according to the price; Party B shall not cause the necessary safety measures, resulting in the loss of life or property of Party B or Party A. All consequences are not related to Party A, and Party B shall bear the responsibility. In the course of working with children, Party B shall pay special attention to safety, intentionally or unintentionally causing injury or death of the child, and Party B shall be responsible for all consequences;

During the work period, Party B shall not touch the valuables in Party A’s family, and shall not steal it for themselves. If the criminal law is violated, Party A will cooperate with the Public Security Bureau to request the national law enforcement department to file a case, and agrees that Party A will compensate Party B for two times the economic loss. Party B is responsible for the consequences;

During the working period, Party B shall pay attention to the occurrence of vicious incidents of fire prevention, theft prevention and gas poisoning to protect the personal safety of themselves and their customers, property safety and the safety of others and property. If Party B neglects or violates the regulations and causes serious consequences to Party A, Party B shall compensate Party A for the actual loss in the economy, and shall be investigated in law.

3, attendance

Party B shall not violate the work disciplines formulated by the contract during the work period. If it is unable to adapt to the contents of the "Agreement Agreement" during the work, Party B shall notify Party A in writing two weeks in advance, and Party A shall replace the person if Party B does not advance. Notify Party A to complete the work privately and treat it as a miner.

After Party B has been on the job, if Party A has not filed a termination contract, Party A must start service for Party A for a period of one month before starting a salary; or if it is less than one month without one of the following circumstances, the starting salary will be paid. One of the following circumstances is less than one month, Party A does not start salary: 1) terminate the contract without any reason 2) unreasonable completion 3) damage the owner's goods or cause Party A to lose more than the amount of wages. 4) In violation of the professional ethics of the housekeeping staff during the period of employment, Party A was dismissed midway.

During the work period, according to the time and place of the contract, Party B agrees: If Party B fails to agree to Party A without reason, it will be fined 10 yuan for 15 minutes without delay, 30 yuan for 15-30 minutes for no reason; 30-day late for no reason. 60 minutes will be fined 50 yuan; no reason to be late for more than 1 hour according to the completion of processing; miners handling: miners have no wages on the day; another party has the right to deduct the corresponding five-day salary of Party B;

4. Discipline

Party B shall not use Party A’s telephone, cosmetics, clothing, household appliances, food, etc. without Party A’s consent; if there is any violation, Party B shall be willing to compensate Party A with 2 times of the original item;

Party B shall not enter or move the places and articles clearly specified by Party A without the consent of Party A, and Party B shall Party A deduct the 5 days salary of the month;

Party B shall not disclose to Party A the family information of Party A's family personnel, economic situation, family conflicts, work or study content and address, telephone number, address, identity and privacy without Party A's consent; Party B shall not misrepresent the right and wrong. If Party B violates, Party B will be willing to recover the full amount of economic losses and the amount of compensation of 1,000 yuan;

Party B shall not bring any person into Party A's address and work or study place at any time without Party A's consent. If there is any violation, Party B will be willing to recover the full economic loss and the amount of compensation of 1,000 yuan;

1. After two weeks from the entry into force of this contract, Party B has the right to claim the accidental medical insurance and accidental injury insurance clauses and insurance coverage for Party A.

Party B shall protect Party A's family property during the work period. For the cleaning of valuable fragile, vulnerable articles and dangerous actions, it shall first take safety protection measures and also have the right to require customers to provide safety protection measures before careful cleaning work.

The national holiday has the right to request a rest from Party A, but the corresponding salary should be deducted.

Party B has the right to request Party A to give Party B the agreed benefits.

4. Party B has the right to ask Party A for the salary of the current month at the time of payment agreed by both parties.

5. Party A's rights and obligations:

2. Party A shall buy accidental medical insurance and accidental injury insurance for Party B two weeks after Party B's work. At this time, Party B is the beneficiary of the insurance;

During the contract period, Party B shall, in addition to the leave, miner or damage to Party A's object and the contract, deduct the service fee according to the contract, and dissatisfied with Party B's service, can communicate and coordinate with Party B until Party A can unilaterally terminate this contract immediately. However, Party B shall not deduct the service fee of Party B. Party A shall not use the service of Party B as an excuse to deduct the service fee of Party A. If Party A deducts Party A's service fee on this ground, Party A shall breach the contract. The service fee not paid by Party B after the termination of the contract shall be calculated by Party A in accordance with the actual number of days.

Party A is responsible for ordering valuable fragile items or other, in the case of taking safety measures, instructing Party B to work, if Party A knows that there are potential safety hazards, and does not remind or mislead Party B, until the occurrence of articles or casualties, A The party has to bear half of the responsibility.

Party A is responsible for the strict custody of its valuable wealth and materials.

Party A must give Party B the agreed salary on the first day after the full moon of Party B's work. No owed.

After the contract is contracted, Party A must obtain the consent of Party B to change the original contents of the "Agreement Agreement". Otherwise, Party A will change the content of the employment agreement without authorization, and Party B will still pay for the loss of working hours during the month. ;

In the case of Party B or Party B, there is indeed an emergency or necessary event, and it is obliged to give Party B a leave or agree to terminate the contract;

6. Party C's rights and obligations

2. The source of Party B has the obligation to explain and guarantee Party A. If Party B defaults in the future, Party C is obliged to provide Party B's true and valid ID address, current address, age, identity, family address, and family status; If Party C cannot provide Party A with the agreed true identity information of Party B in the future, Party C will compensate Party A for all economic and moral losses caused by Party B's breach of contract;

If the three parties encounter contradictions, they should try their best to negotiate and humbly;

If there is no detailed matter in this contract, the three parties are negotiating;

If there is a dispute between the three parties, if the negotiation fails, it may be prosecuted in the people's court of the locality where Party A is located.
