Party A and Party B work together to promote development and clarify responsibilities. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the relevant laws of the People's Republic of China, in accordance with the principle of honesty and credit, mutual benefit, and the actual conditions of both parties, this contract is signed by consensus to seek common ground:

I. Confirmation and assurance

1. The parties to the contract confirm that they have obtained the relevant information for the license of the real estate agent's qualification certificate involved in this contract, fully read and understand all the contents and auxiliary files of this contract, accept and strictly abide by the agreement of this contract.

2. Both parties to the contract sign this contract with real will, and confirm that they cannot obtain commercial benefits and success only on the basis of this contract; recognize that real estate intermediary services change with the changes of the market, and success depends on their own commercial capabilities and efforts.

3. The parties to the contract solemnly declare and warrant that:

1) The performance and communication of this contract will not violate the provisions and provisions of this contract, nor will it include provisions in violation of the provisions of this contract in relevant contracts with other third parties;

2) There is no concealment or falsification of any objective facts in obtaining the relevant rights stipulated in this contract;

4. The parties to the contract have no misunderstanding and ambiguity regarding the content of this contract and the license of the real estate agent's qualification certificate as stipulated in this contract.

Third, the rights and obligations of both parties

1. Party A guarantees that it is the legal owner of the real estate agent's qualification certificate.

2. Party A is responsible for the annual inspection and re-registration of the real estate agent's qualification certificate.

3. Regarding the business affairs of real estate agency, Party B shall be executed according to law. Party A shall not participate in the specific implementation of relevant affairs, nor shall it have to work in the office of Party B. However, Party A has the right to know about the relevant situation at any time. When this contract is terminated, Party B shall return Party A's real estate agent's qualification certificate and may not detain or disguise it for any reason.

4. Party A shall not be responsible for Party B's operating losses and any liability for any customer or third party claim, and Party B shall bear the responsibility.

5. Party B shall properly keep Party A's real estate agent's qualification certificate and other relevant documents.

6. Party B shall not engage in the following acts without the written consent of Party A:

Allow others to engage in real estate agency business in their own name;

Lend Party A's real estate agent qualification certificate to any other institution engaged in real estate agency services;

Engage in other real estate agency services beyond its business scope.

7. Party A does not assume any responsibility for transferring the real estate agent's qualification certificate to Party B due to the following circumstances:

Party B was not established within the agreed time;

Party A did not use the real estate agent's practice qualification certificate as agreed;

Force majeure or other circumstances that cannot be attributed to Party A.

4. The time for the use of the real estate agent qualification certificate shall be officially transferred to Party A from the date of the effective date of this contract. The term of the real estate agent qualification certificate is _______ years, from _______ years _______ months _______ days to _______ years _______ months _______ days. Upon expiration of the contract, Party A shall continue to use the real estate agent qualification certificate, and the contract may be renewed upon mutual agreement. 5. Change, dissolution and termination of the contract

1. During the term of this contract, Party A and Party B shall not alter or terminate this contract without authorization. When the terms of this contract need to be changed, a written agreement shall be reached upon mutual agreement.

2. Party B may cancel the guarantee obligation by itself without extending the term of the loan under the main contract or changing other terms of the main contract without the consent of Party B.

3. Due to force majeure, the contract cannot be fully fulfilled or partially unfulfilled. The contract may be changed, modified or terminated by negotiation between the parties.

4. This contract may not be modified orally. Any modification of this contract requires the parties to sign a written file to express their consent.

5. All disputes arising from or relating to the signing, entry into force, performance, interpretation, alteration, etc. of this contract by the parties to the contract shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation.

6. After the dispute has occurred, in the arbitration of the dispute, in addition to the disputed matters, the parties to the contract shall continue to exercise their other rights under this contract and shall continue to perform their other obligations under this contract.

Special agreement

1. Party B shall not engage in any violation of law or discipline, otherwise Party A shall have the right to recover the relevant qualification certificate and have the right to pursue one party’s liability for breach of contract.

2. Party B shall pay Party A a salary of 500 yuan per month.

3. Payment method: Pay monthly salary every month.

Seven, breach of contract provisions

1. Both parties to the contract shall strictly abide by the contract and shall not breach the contract.

2. Anyone who fails to perform this contractual obligation or fails to perform the contractual obligations in accordance with the provisions of this contract is deemed to be in breach of contract, and the defaulting party shall pay the breaching party _____ yuan, and the observing party shall have the right to claim against the defaulting party. Eight, other regulations

1. The failure of any party to this contract to exercise or delay the exercise of a right under this contract does not constitute a waiver of that right, and any exercise of a single or partial right does not preclude future exercise of that right.

2. Unless otherwise agreed by the parties to the contract, neither party may assign this contract or the rights and obligations under this contract in whole or in part.

3. The invalidity of any provision of this contract does not affect the validity of any other provision of this contract.

IX. Supplementary provisions

1. The matters not covered in this contract shall be agreed by both parties of the contract and signed a written file, which shall have the same effect as this contract.

2. The original signed form of this contract shall be in duplicate, and shall be effective after the signature or seal of both parties of Party A and B. Each party to Party A and Party B shall hold one copy.

3. Any party who changes the contact details and mailing address specified in the contract must notify the other party within 5 days after the change. Any notice or written communication issued by the other party to the other party in this contract shall be sent by courier or by fax and confirmed by a letter submitted by the courier company.
