The client has reached the following agreement with the client in full consultation on the demolition of the house and its attachments within the scope of the first phase of construction land:

1. Party A shall entrust Party B with the demolition work of the houses and their attachments within the scope of the first phase of construction land approved by the relevant competent authorities.

After Party B accepts the entrustment of Party A, Party B shall complete the demolition work in accordance with the demolition plan and demolition plan approved by the competent department of house demolition.

2. Party B shall assist Party A to complete the demolition investigation work and ascertain the basic situation of the demolished persons within the scope of construction land.

Party B shall also assist Party A in formulating the demolition plan and demolition plan, and provide advice on the demolition plan and demolition plan formulated by Party A.

3. The demolition permit for the houses and their attachments within the scope of the demolition shall be claimed by Party A. After Party A obtains the demolition permit, Party B shall send staff to start the demolition work at the designated office of Party A.

Party B's scope of work includes:

1. Delivering notices about the demolition work to the affected person, and informing the demolished person of the demolition;

2. Negotiate with the affected person about resettlement and compensation;

3. Propaganda and interpretation of the demolition laws and policies and implementation of these laws and regulations;

4. After negotiating the demolition agreement with the demolished person, sign the demolition agreement with the demolished person, including the demolition resettlement and compensation agreement, and arrange the transition of the demolished person in the turnover house approved by the house demolition authority;

5. Distribute the compensation for demolition and resettlement subsidies to the demolished persons;

6. If the demolished person requests the exchange of property rights, it shall be responsible for requiring the demolished person to pay the difference between the property rights and other expenses;

7. Remove the houses and their attachments within the scope of demolition;

8. Arrange for the relevant engineering personnel to remove muck and other wastes within the scope of demolition;

9. Other work entrusted by Party A.

4. Party A shall pay Party B a total of RMB ____________ yuan for the demolition service fee, and pay ____________ yuan within three days from the date of the conclusion of this Agreement. The remaining amount of waste and its attachments within the scope of demolition shall be dismantled. After a two-day acceptance by both parties, the payment will be made in one lump sum.

5. Party A shall provide convenient conditions for Party B's work.

During the demolition, Party A is not responsible for the lunch and other expenses of Party B's staff.

6. This contract shall be binding on both parties from the date of signature and seal by both parties.

This contract is submitted by Party A to the Housing Authority for visa.

7. Any party who infringes the provisions of this contract to cause losses to the other party shall compensate for the loss.
