1. When the decoration personnel enter the home decoration, they must pay the property management company a daily management fee of _________ yuan per person.

4. The decoration personnel are not allowed to invade other owners. They are not allowed to stroll in the corridors and are not allowed to stay on other floors.
5. The decorators must maintain public places, including stairs, aisles and walls. It is not allowed to pour sewage and waste into the corridor, and no debris should be piled up in public parts. The decoration garbage should be disposed of in time.
6. The person in charge of the construction shall ensure the integrity of the public facilities on each floor. If the elevator button is not allowed to be arbitrarily pressed, it shall not be scribbled or doodled.
Seven, pay attention to electricity and fire safety. For example, use a proper plug when using electricity; do not use the power cord to directly connect to the leakage switch; do not cook or boil water in an electric furnace.
8. For the construction of electric welding, it is necessary to apply to the property management company for fire fighting equipment in advance, and it is forbidden to smoke beside the inflammable and explosive materials.
　 9. When the decoration materials are super long and wide, it is forbidden to use the elevator.
10. The decoration staff is not allowed to stay in the construction site. If you need to stay overnight, you should contact the property management company first, and you can stay overnight after agreeing.
11. The construction team shall be renovated in strict accordance with relevant regulations. If the owner asks for illegal decoration, he should explain the explanation and refuse to decorate. Otherwise, in addition to the responsibility of the owner, the construction team should also bear certain responsibilities.
12. When a problem arises, the person in charge of construction shall contact the property management company in time, and the two parties shall negotiate and resolve it, and shall not be the owner.
　 13. In case of violation of the above provisions, the property management company will impose a fine according to the seriousness of the circumstances and has the right to order it to stop work and rectify.
14. If there are any outstanding issues, the two parties may resolve the matter separately.
15. This responsibility is valid after the stamp is stamped. In duplicate, each party holds one copy.
