Management company:
1. Responsible for the decoration management in the manor building.

If the owner and the person in charge of the decoration have agreed, the person responsible shall be executed according to the agreed responsibility. The compensation for losses caused by damage to facilities and equipment and affecting the normal life of other owners and adverse effects on property management shall be settled by the property company, the owner and the person in charge of decoration.
Sixth, the indoor air conditioner and installation should be upstairs and downstairs to maintain a horizontal and vertical. If you need to re-drill, please consult the management company first, and the management company must determine the location. The air-conditioning bracket must be made of stainless steel or plastic bracket.
