3. The site provided by Party A to Party B shall comply with the relevant national fire safety regulations, and Party B shall be responsible for the fire protection approval of Party B's secondary decoration. Party B shall correctly use and protect the facilities inside the site to prevent abnormal damage. When the agreement is terminated, Party B shall return the site to the site on time and ensure that the original fire-fighting facilities are in good condition, and at the same time settle all the expenses that shall be borne by Party B.
4. Party B shall provide Party A with a copy of each ID card and one of the registration photos.
5. Party B shall go to Party A's Management Service Department to apply for a temporary entry permit for construction workers, and the voucher will enter the construction site. 8. 9. 12. Party B shall do all kinds of safety precautions before construction. If there is any violation, Party B shall bear all economic losses and laws. responsibility. 17. During the decoration and construction period of Party B, Party A is responsible for providing the use of living facilities such as decoration water, fire ladder transportation and toilets, and guaranteeing the opening of the power supply in the decoration room.
18. This Agreement is made in two copies, one for Party A and one for Party B. The signatures and seals of Party A and Party B shall become effective and shall be terminated at the end of the renovation. If Party B seriously violates the regulations during the renovation, Party A has the right to unilaterally cancel the agreement, stop the power supply in the interior of the renovation, and resume the renovation after the problem is solved.
