Based on the principle of mutual trust, the following agreement was reached on Party A's hydropower project.

The first project overview

Article 2 Agreement on the supply of materials

1. Materials provided by Party A

Party B must submit to Party A a list of materials to be purchased in the next process at least three days in advance and indicate the quantity of materials required. Party A shall provide the materials required by Party B on time.

Party A shall be responsible for purchasing and supplying materials that meet the design requirements and shall be supplied to the site on time. Party A and Party B shall handle the handover procedures. If Party B finds that the materials provided by Party A have quality problems or differences in specifications, Party B shall promptly submit it to Party A. If Party A still indicates that it is used, the project shall be damaged and the responsibility shall be borne by Party A.

Party B shall be responsible for the custody of the materials supplied by Party A upon arrival on time, and Party B shall be responsible for compensation for the losses caused by improper storage.

2. The decorative materials purchased and supplied by Party A shall be used for the decoration of the house as stipulated in this contract. Party B shall not use it for other purposes without the consent of Party A. If Party B violates this regulation, it shall compensate Party A with double the price of the misappropriated material.

3. Materials provided by Party B

Party A of the hydropower material supplied by Party B shall go to the site for acceptance. If it does not meet the design, construction requirements or specifications, it shall be prohibited. If it has been used, Party B shall be responsible for the losses caused to the project.

Party B shall carry out the necessary tools for construction, and shall ensure the safety and good usability of Party B. Party B shall bear the cost of tool maintenance and loss.

Article 3 Agreement on Project Quality and Acceptance

1. This project should strictly implement the national "Code for Construction of Residential Decoration Engineering" GB50210-2001 and "Code for Quality Acceptance of Building Decoration Engineering" GB50327-2001 and refer to "Quality Standards for Home Decoration Engineering of Fujian Province and Other DB-35/T98 "" Shanghai Home Decoration Engineering Quality Acceptance Standards"

2. Due to the poor quality of construction technology and the lack of responsibility of Party B, the rework costs will be borne by Party B and the construction period will remain unchanged.

3. Completion of the project: Party B shall notify Party A of the acceptance two days in advance, and Party A shall organize the acceptance within two days after receiving the notice and go through the acceptance procedures.

Article 4 The on-site management agreement on safety production and fire prevention:

1. Strictly observe the prescribed decoration and construction time, reduce construction noise and reduce environmental pollution. Handled well

The problem of disturbing people brought by the work and the relationship with the surrounding units and households.

2. Without the consent of Party A and the approval of the relevant departments, the original building structure and various equipment pipelines shall not be arbitrarily demolished during construction. 3. Before the completion of the project is not transferred to Party A, it is responsible for the protection of all facilities and finished products on site.

4. Ensure that the decoration and decoration site is clean and tidy, and clean and handle the work before completion.

5. Responsible for the disposal of garbage generated by decoration and decoration, at least once a day.

6. If Party B needs to live on site due to construction reasons, it must pay attention to safety in daily use of water and electricity, and Party B shall be responsible for work-related injuries at the construction site.

7. Party B shall do a good job of keeping construction materials in a safe place, and it is forbidden to enter the scene.

8. Without the permission of Party A, Party B shall not carry any decoration materials for the supply of A, and if the phenomenon of theft is found, the compensation shall be doubled according to the price of the material.

Article 5: Agreement on the price of the project, the content of the contract, the construction process, and settlement:

1. Project payment method:

After the acceptance of the inspection, 50% of the wages will be paid, 30% will be paid after the completion of the hydropower, and 20% will be paid after the completion of the acceptance.

2. Party B's contracted content:

1). Hydroelectric grooving, wiring, threading, burying

2). Garbage removal for all hydropower construction processes

3). Wall penetration, drilling, cutting for hydropower construction

4). Switch panel installation

5). Hardware, toilet, installation

6). Installation of late lamps

3. Project settlement method:

Total price settlement: 20 yuan / square meter

Article 6: Liability for breach of contract:

1. If Party A fails to pay according to the time agreed in the contract, Party A shall pay Party B a penalty for the payment of Wu Yuanyuan for each day.

2. If Party B fails to complete the work due to overdue reasons, Party B shall pay Party A the liquidated damages for each day.

Article 7 Dispute Resolution:

When there is a dispute between the two parties on the quality of the project, the two parties will resolve the dispute through negotiation; if the parties are unwilling to resolve through negotiation or mediation, or if the negotiation or mediation fails, they may file a lawsuit in the People's Court in accordance with this contract.

Article 8 Change and Cancellation of the Contract:

1. After the contract is signed by both parties, the parties must strictly abide by them. Any party that needs to change the contents of the contract should re-sign the supplementary agreement after consensus. Before the contract is signed, if one party wants to terminate the contract, it shall submit it in writing, and pay 10% of the total contract price to pay the liquidated damages, and terminate the contract.

2. In the course of construction, if any party proposes to terminate the contract, it shall submit it to the other party in writing, and the two parties agree to go through the liquidation formalities and conclude a contract agreement to terminate the contract.

Article 9. Other conventions:

1. Both parties agree to be consulted by a third party supervisor.

Party A has the right not to pay the relevant fees of Party B without the confirmation of the third party.

2. After confirmation by a third party supervisor, Party A must pay Party B's relevant fees as agreed.

3. Delays in construction due to force majeure or unforeseen factors such as climate, power outages, etc., can be postponed after confirmation by both parties.

4. Party A may request Party B to come to the site to cooperate with other types of work before the check-in. For more than 5 times, Party A shall pay Party B 50 yuan/day labor fee.

5. During the warranty period, Party B shall be repaired free of charge due to the quality problems caused by Party B's construction and products, and must arrive at the scene within 48 hours after receiving the notice from Party A. Party A shall pay Party B's maintenance costs according to the actual expenses incurred due to problems caused by improper use or force majeure or inability to meet.

Article 10 Supplementary Provisions

This contract shall become effective after being signed by both Party A and Party B.

After the signing of this contract, the project may not be subcontracted.

This contract is made in two copies, one for each of Party A and Party B.

The contract is valid until _____________________.

The water and electricity engineering warranty is for the next year. After the warranty period, Party B shall maintain Party A to pay the corresponding fees.
