4. Party B assumes economic responsibility.

5. Work-related injuries and casualties that occur during the execution of the contract are the responsibility of Party B's construction and are not related to Party A. Party A shall not be responsible for any.

Article 9: Liability for breach of contract and change of contract

Party A has the right to impose penalties on the quality problems and illegal operations that Party B has in the operation. The first verbal warning, if it does not work, issue a warning notice. If it still does not work, it can issue a fine notice to Party B. Each fine is deducted from 0.5 1% of the total contracted work price.

Article 10 Other

When there is any objection to the matters not specified in the contract and the interpretation of the contract, both parties shall resolve the dispute on a sincere basis. The contract is made in two copies. The signatures of both parties are signed and sealed, and the two parties hold one copy, which is equally valid.
