Continuation and termination of maintenance

The effective date of this contract is one year. It shall be counted from the date of signing the contract between the two parties. After the period, the agreement between the two parties will be extended, but each time is still limited to one year.

Party B shall notify Party B three months in advance when the contract is terminated midway, but Party B shall not terminate the contract unilaterally.

When the contract is valid, due to the reasons for the failure to perform the maintenance obligations of the agreement, Party B may terminate the maintenance contract by notice one month in advance, and maintain the balance from the interruption date to the termination date.

If there are any items not listed above, they will be supplemented by the agreement between Party A and Party B.
