6. Duration, acceptance procedure and warranty period

1. Construction period: completed within ________ days from the date of commencement of construction, each day of delay, deducting _____% of Party B's construction cost.

2. Upon completion of each process, Party B shall notify Party A one day in advance, and the next process shall be carried out after the acceptance is passed. Otherwise, the process shall be regarded as unoccupied, and will be directly deducted from the project payment at the time of settlement.

Seven, other requirements

2. Party B shall abide by Party A's safety regulations during construction and sign a safe and civilized construction agreement. The responsibility for the unsafe accident caused by Party B shall be borne by Party B.

3. During the construction of Party B, Party A's production facilities and equipment shall not be damaged. If there is any damage, Party B must repair it without compensation.

4. The parties have not resolved the matter through negotiation.

5. This Agreement, as a subsidiary file of the contract, has the same legal effect as the contract.
