9. Arbitration: Due to disputes arising from the execution of this contract or all disputes related to this contract, both parties shall settle the dispute through friendly negotiation. If the negotiation cannot be resolved, it shall be submitted to the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade for arbitration according to the arbitration procedure of the Association. For the final ruling, it is binding on both parties.
