1. Party A’s rights and obligations:

Second, Party B's rights and obligations:

2. Party B provides technical support for the processing trade system to Party A, but does not include the maintenance of Party A's computer and the provision of processing trade business consultation. It does not assume responsibility for the correctness of Party A's contract data and whether it can pass the examination and approval.

6. If Party A is unable to use the system due to Party A's reasons, and Party A is in urgent need of contract declaration, Party B can provide Party A with an input platform and network channel five times a year for free.

7. Party B shall accurately record the process and time of Party A's transmission of electronic data to ensure that the stored data is not artificially altered or lost. The electronic data is kept for XX years.

8. Party B shall adopt internationally accepted network security measures to ensure the security, authenticity and integrity of the electronic data stored in the system, and shall not delete, modify or tamper with the electronic data.

9. Party B shall not bear the relevant responsibilities due to the consequences caused by the processing trade examination and approval department.

10. Party B shall keep Party A's work secrets and shall not provide its stored electronic data without authorization or permission.

Third, the agreement period:

1. This Agreement shall become effective after being signed and sealed by both Party A and Party B. Each party shall hold one copy and have the same legal effect.
