Fourth, Party A's rights and obligations

4. Party A shall protect Party B's other legitimate rights and interests in accordance with the law.

5. Party B's rights and obligations

1. Only the fast-growing and high-yield forests are allowed to be planted in the joint forest land, and the cost of afforestation, forest harvesting, forest tending, pest control, etc. shall be borne by Party B;

2. Party B can enjoy preferential policies related to forest land harvesting in the dike management department, and the cost of forest harvesting for the permit fee and the relevant fees stipulated by the state are ________%;

3. Party B shall conscientiously perform the daily management of the afforestation land, that is, the “two forests” shall be ploughed regularly without knots, without weeds, with lush forest growth and less pests and diseases;

4. The survival rate of newly planted young trees in Party B should be above ________%, and the preservation rate after ______ years should be above ________%. In order to ensure the survival rate, preservation rate and normal growth of forests, Party A shall collect Party B's afforestation deposit of ________ yuan per mu before the signing of the contract, and ________________ yuan, ______ will meet the above requirements after the year without interest, and return to Party B. 6. Liability for breach of contract

1. Party B shall strengthen the management of forest land while doing a good job in forest land management. If the management of forest land is not good, Party A has the right to ask someone to administer it, and the fee is deducted from Party B's deposit or share ratio;

2. After the forest is mature, Party B shall apply for logging in writing, and Party A shall promptly handle the forest harvesting permit according to the logging index issued by the superior. Termination of the end of the tree harvesting contract;

3. Party B must abide by relevant laws and regulations, and if there is any violation of law or discipline, Party B shall be held accountable for all responsibilities of Party B;

4. Party B shall have one of the following circumstances during the contract period, and the contract shall terminate immediately; Party A shall not return the afforestation deposit paid by Party B:

Harvesting is not timely afforestation.

5. During the contract period, the forest will be damaged by human and animal damage, and Party B will bear the burden and compensate Party A for losses; the losses caused by natural disasters may not be investigated by Party A after Party A has determined it.

Seven, the supplementary

1. If the loss of forest trees is caused by the construction of dikes or the construction of non-hydraulic facilities, Party A shall strive for the construction party to compensate the two parties according to the relevant policies of the higher authorities;

2. If the flood control and flood control need to be cut down, the Party B shall obey the unconditional obedience, and the losses caused by Party A shall be compensated by the Party for the relevant policies of the higher authorities;

3. This contract is in four copies, one for each of Party A and Party B, one for the supervisory party, and one for the notary office, effective from the date of signature;

4. This contract is supervised by the Qianjiang Dongjinghe Management Sub-bureau, and the unfinished matters shall be settled by both Party A and Party B through negotiation.
