Advertising production agreement

Party A:

Party B: Advertising Party A and Party B clearly define their respective rights and obligations. 1. Billboard production fee: total RMB yuan, capitalized.

2. Payment method:

a. Party A shall prepay 30% of the project payment when the contract is signed.

b. After the completion of the production and installation, the Party A shall pass the inspection and acceptance, that is, pay all the construction funds.

Four: Project deadline

1. From the date on which the contract is signed by Party A. In case of force majeure, the construction period will be postponed.

2. When Party A's repeated amendments result in Party B's work being unable to complete on time, the extension time may be determined by mutual agreement.

V. Rights and obligations of both parties

Party A:

1. Handling the approval procedures and related expenses necessary for the setting and installation of billboards.

2. Have the right to make suggestions and amendments to the design of Party B, so that the works designed by Party B are more in line with the cultural connotation of Party A.

3. Provide Party B with the location of the billboard and ensure that there is no pipeline at this location and it can be constructed.

4. Obligation to provide relevant unit information or other relevant information for Party B's design reference.

5. The trees, flowers and grass responsible for the construction site can be moved.

6. Set the cost of making and installing billboards in accordance with the provisions of this contract.

Party B:

1. Since the notice from Party A can be constructed on site, the installation site provided by Party A shall be constructed and installed within the prescribed time.

2. Produce and install in strict accordance with the drawings of the construction plan confirmed by Party A. If the site conditions do not match the construction drawing plan, it should be reported in time.

Six: About acceptance

1. Within one week after the completion of the production and installation of Party B, Party A must organize formal acceptance. Party A will not organize the acceptance within one week after completion, and Party B may agree to the quality of the acceptance project of Party A.

2. The project quality acceptance is based on the national steel structure construction standards. The production and installation of the advertising structure should be firm and the wind resistance should reach 7 levels.

7. Liability for breach of contract:

1. Party A fails to pay in accordance with the provisions of Article 3 of this contract. For each day overdue, it shall be calculated on the basis of five thousandths of the total amount of the contract, and Party B shall pay liquidated damages and postpone the contract period.

2. If Party B fails to produce and install the billboards on time according to the provisions of Article 4 of this contract without proper reasons, Party B shall pay Party A a penalty of 5 per thousand of the total amount of the contract for each day.

3. Party B shall ensure that the quality of the project, structural firmness, and wind resistance meet the national standards. If it fails to meet the standard, Party B shall bear the rework and corresponding losses.

4. If it is the reason of Party A, it will be the responsibility of Party A to stop work, stop construction, dismantle, etc. Party B has the right to require Party A to pay part or all of the production fee for the actual construction.

8. Commitment of responsibility arising from advertising:

1. In the process of making and setting up this advertisement, if the personal or property damage of the third party is caused by Party B, it has nothing to do with Party A.

2. Party A shall bear full responsibility for the disputes arising from trademarks, portraits, advertising words and other advertising contents provided by Party A.

Nine, warranty period:

1. From the date of acceptance of the acceptance, the steel body of the engineering project produced by Party B shall be guaranteed for half a year. Party B is not responsible for warranty damage.

2. After the expiration of the warranty period, both parties will sign a maintenance agreement for maintenance.

X. The dispute between the two parties due to this contract shall be settled through friendly negotiation. If the negotiation fails, the Changting County Arbitration Commission shall arbitrate.

XI. This contract is in the form of one copy. Each of Party A and Party B holds one copy and has the same legal effect.

12. This contract produces legal effect upon signing.
