After full consensus, Party A and Party B have reached an agreement on the design of the cover for Party A's book "________" to be published by Party B as follows:

Article 3

1. Party A shall deliver to Party B the first draft of this cover design _____ before ____________________

2. Party B shall notify Party A of the selected first draft within ____ days after receipt of the first draft.

3. Party A shall deliver the draft to Party B within ____ days after receiving the above notice from Party B.

4. Party B may request Party A to make minor changes to the manuscript. Without the written consent of Party A, Party B shall not request any person other than Party A to modify the manuscript.

Article 4

Party A guarantees that the cover design is created by the person and does not infringe upon the rights of others.

The fifth

1. The cover designed by Party A shall be owned by Party B, but Party A may design the cover for the exhibition and publication of the individual portfolio.

2. When the book is published and used for other purposes, Party A shall be indicated as the designer.

Article 6

The original design of this cover design is owned by Party A. Party B shall return all originals to Party A within four years after the publication of this book or from the date of signing this contract. The return time is based on the first two of the above conditions.

Article 7

Party B shall not pay any liability for compensation if it pays Party A for this cover design without using this cover design.

Article 9
