After friendly negotiation, Party A and Party B reached the following agreement on Party A's entrustment to Party B for steel processing and other services:

1. Party A will entrust Party B to process the coil according to the needs of production or trade. The ownership of the coil is owned by Party A.

2. According to the requirements of Party A, Party B issues a processing notice, and Party A confirms that Party B shall not misappropriate, transfer or process the goods belonging to Party A without authorization.

3. Party B shall process the designated steel according to the pre-agreed delivery time to ensure that Party A picks up the goods on time. If Party A needs to pick up the goods in advance due to special circumstances, it should negotiate with Party B 8 hours in advance, and Party A will try to meet Party B's needs.

4. Party A agrees that Party B shall charge processing fees in accordance with the contents of “Affiliated File 1 “Processing Unit Price List”. In case of market changes, Party B needs to adjust the charging standard, and both parties can negotiate.

5. During the term of the agreement, due to force majeure factors, Party B is unable to perform the agreement and should immediately notify the other party of the situation. In accordance with the extent of the force majeure factor affecting the performance of the agreement, the parties shall negotiate whether to dissolve the agreement, or partially exempt the performance of the agreement, or postpone the implementation of the agreement.

However, due to major force majeure factors such as war, riots and earthquakes, the agreement cannot be continued, and both parties are exempt from liability.

6. Matters not covered in this Agreement shall be settled through negotiation between the two parties.

7. This Agreement shall be in duplicate and shall become effective upon signature and seal by both parties. Both Party A and Party B hold one copy and have the same effect.

8. This agreement is valid from the date of signing to ___year___month___day.
