Because Party A needs to perform business, it is entrusted to be typed by Party B. The agreement between the two parties is as follows:

IX. Confidentiality Responsibilities: Party B shall be responsible for the confidentiality of the contents of the written documents entrusted by Party A. It may not be used or published or disclosed to the public without the written consent of Party A.

X. The intellectual property rights or related rights of the files involved in this contract shall be owned by Party A. After Party B completes the typing and acceptance by Party A, it shall return the relevant files to Party A and shall not keep it privately.

XI. Breach of contract: Except as otherwise provided in this contract, if any party violates the agreement of this contract, he may cancel this contract and may request damages and fees.
