Design registration agreement

After friendly negotiation, Party A and Party B have entrusted Party B to sign the following agreement on the registration of design:

1. Party A agrees to entrust Party B to apply for the design registration of Party A on the _________ _________ month _________ day, as long as the information provided by Party A is true and complete.

Party B must promptly handle all applications for Party A. The progress of the application will be in accordance with the timetable of the Government Intellectual Property Office.

2. Party B agrees to provide Party A with the following services:

Search, sort, print design application forms and related files;

Copy the design pattern;

Formally submit an application to the relevant department;

After confirming that the design is not objected, apply for a design registration certificate to _________.

3. For Party B's services provided by Party A, Party A agrees to pay Party B the registration fee at the same time as the application is made:

Registered for a Chinese design, the fee is RMB _________ yuan or registered _________ design, the fee is _________ yuan, this price includes the cost of the second service content and the service fee of Party B.

4. If the information provided by Party A is untrue or does not meet the requirements of the application, Party A shall be responsible for the losses caused thereby.
