Third, liability for breach of contract:

The first point: Party A’s liability for breach of contract

When changing the product variety, quality or packaging specifications to cause losses to Party B, it shall be responsible for compensation for Party B’s losses.

If the return is made midway, Party B will repay the penalty of returning part of the total value of the purchase price.

If the self-raised product fails to pick up the goods according to the specified date, each time the extension is made, Party B shall reimburse Party B for the penalty of deferred delivery of part of the total value of the goods.

If the raw materials, technical materials and packaging materials are not supplied in accordance with the time and requirements stipulated in the contract, the delivery shall be repaid in accordance with the date of delivery, and the liquidated damages of one-thousandth of the total value of the products delivered by Party B shall be repaid on a daily basis.

If payment is not made according to the date specified in the contract, each time the extension is extended, Party B shall reimburse Party B for a penalty of one-thousandth of the total deferred payment.

If the product that is delivered or shipped for delivery refuses to receive the goods without any reason, it shall bear the losses caused and pay the transportation department liquidated damages.

If the wrong place is filled or the receiver is received, the damage caused shall be borne.

If the goods are not delivered in accordance with the quantity stipulated in the contract, if they are still needed and Party A still needs them, they shall pay the amount according to the number; if they are not required, they may return the goods and bear the losses; if they are unable to deliver the goods, they shall pay the goods that Party A cannot deliver.
