6. The text of this contract shall be formulated by the Shanghai Household Electrical Appliances Industry Association and supervised by the Shanghai Administration for Industry and Commerce. No unit or individual may reproduce it without authorization.

Third, construction management

l. Party B shall carry out the construction according to the design plan confirmed by Party A.

2. Party A shall, before the construction of Party B, receive the water and power supply matching the unit to the position required by Party B to install the indoor and outdoor units.

3. Party A shall be responsible for removing obstacles on the construction site before the construction of Party B, so that the site has construction conditions.

4. If the construction drawing and the installation position of the outdoor unit are to be approved by the fire protection, environmental protection and property departments, Party A shall be responsible for handling the relevant costs.

5. During the construction period of Party B, the regulations of relevant departments such as fire protection, environmental protection, security, and property shall be observed.

Fourth, the project cost

1. The total installation cost of this contract is RMB ________ yuan.

2. If the design is changed due to Party A's reasons, the materials should be increased or decreased, and the total price should be changed accordingly. Therefore, the unrated materials, labor costs, etc., are settled according to the increase and decrease. The specific price changes will be signed by the two parties after the agreement.

V. Payment method

1. After the contract is signed, Party A will pay l0% of the total contract price of Party B, which is RMB ______ yuan.

2. When the materials come into play, Party A will pay 40% of the total contract price of Party B, which is RMB ________ yuan.

3. If the concealed project is qualified, Party A will pay 40% of the total contract price of Party B, which is RMB _______ yuan.

Sixth, project quality and acceptance

1. The copper pipe, air duct material, pipe material, thermal insulation material and control components guaranteed by Party B are accompanied by the company's product qualification certificate.

2. After the installation of the concealed project is completed, both Party A and Party B shall go through the inspection and acceptance procedures, and both Party A and Party B shall sign the “Concealed Project Acceptance Record Sheet”. At the time of acceptance, Party B shall notify Party A 2 days in advance, and Party A shall accept the acceptance within 2 days after receiving the notice.

3. After the completion of the rehearsal project, Party A shall notify Party B within 2 days of completion and acceptance of the installation of the central air-conditioning system for the household; Party B shall organize the acceptance within days after receiving the notice.

4. After the completion of the acceptance, Party A and Party B signed the “Completion Acceptance Record Sheet”. Party B shall implement the warranty for the installed project, the warranty period is 1 year, and the pipeline tuyere is guaranteed for 2 years from the date of completion of the acceptance and the date of invoicing.

5. After the completion of the project, Party B shall provide Party A with one copy of the completed drawings.

6. The construction specifications and project completion acceptance criteria shall be in accordance with the corresponding specifications formulated by the Shanghai Household Electrical Appliances Industry Association's Home Central Air Conditioning Professional Committee.

Seven, dispute handling methods

1. Due to the quality of the project, when disputes arise between the two parties, the text of this contract and the unified invoice issued by the construction enterprise may apply to the Shanghai Household Electrical Appliances Industry Association Home Central Air Conditioning Professional Committee for mediation, or may complain to the city or the district or county consumer association.

2. If the parties are unwilling to resolve through negotiation or mediation, or if negotiation or mediation cannot be resolved, the following method shall be selected:

Apply to the Shanghai Arbitration Commission for arbitration.

File a lawsuit in the people's court.

Eight, liability for breach of contract

1. If Party A changes the design or Party A does not have the construction conditions, resulting in delays in the construction period, Party A shall pay Party A RMB to the Party B for every one day delay.

2. If Party B fails to complete the work due to overdue period, Party B shall pay Party A in accordance with Party A's accumulated payment amount of ____%.

3. If the completion of the completion acceptance is unqualified, if Party B fails to comply with the requirements of the “Standards for the Acceptance of Construction Quality of Household Central Air Conditioning”, Party B must rework without compensation and bear the responsibility for the loss caused by rework and overdue completion; For reasons caused by the design, Party A shall be held accountable for the responsibility of the party; if it is due to equipment, Party A shall be held accountable by the equipment supplier.

Nine, other

1. If there are any outstanding matters in this contract, the parties may sign a supplementary agreement through negotiation. The Supplementary Agreement is equally valid as this Agreement.
