First, the content and scope of environmental protection quality assurance contract for building materials purchase

1. Compliance requirements: The seller will ensure that the purchased building materials meet the national acceptance criteria in accordance with the requirements of the “Code for Indoor Environmental Pollution Control of Civil Building Engineering” during the environmental protection quality assurance acceptance period of the purchased building materials.

Testing organization: The two parties jointly recognize the qualified institutions of the China National Environmental Technology Research Center _________ sub-center to test the pollutant content of this contract.

2. Test certificate: The test report issued by the institution identified in the second paragraph of this sub-file is the proof of acceptance test. The two parties endorse their legality and evidentiary power. If there is no sufficient reason, the test may not be submitted.

3. Liability: According to the acceptance certificate specified in this contract, if the seller exceeds the standard, the seller must return within _________ days and bear the expenses and other losses incurred; the seller who caused the damage shall compensate the loss.

4. Testing fee: If the pollutant content of building materials is not exceeded, the testing cost shall be borne by the seller.

2. This contract is mainly based on the terms and conditions:

1. 3.1.1 of the "Code for Indoor Environmental Pollution Control of Civil Building Engineering"; 3.1.2; 3.1.3 provisions:

3.1.1 Inorganic non-metallic building materials used in civil construction projects, including sand, stone, brick, cement, commercial concrete, prefabricated components and new wall materials, the radioactive index limits shall be in accordance with Table 3.1.1. Provisions.

3.1.2 Inorganic non-metallic decoration materials used in civil construction projects, including stone, building sanitary ceramics, gypsum board, ceiling materials, etc., when classified, the radioactive index limit shall comply with the provisions of 3.1.2.

3.1.3 For building materials with a hollow ratio greater than 25%, the radioactive specific activity of the natural radionuclide ra-226, 钍th-232, and potassium k-40 should satisfy the internal irradiation index of not more than 1.0. The external exposure index is not more than 1.3.

2. Artificial wood and veneered artificial wood

For civil construction projects, artificial wood panels and veneered artificial wood panels must be used to determine the content of free formaldehyde or the release of free formaldehyde. Artificial wood and veneered artificial wood boards shall be classified into e1 and e2 according to the content of free formaldehyde or free formaldehyde.

Acceptance test instructions
