Processing crystal amber painting, the two sides in the principle of mutual benefit and consensus, the contract terms are as follows:

1. Party A's rights and obligations

1. After the contract is signed, Party A will provide the product sample pattern for Party B free of charge. Natural colored sand, gold-plated wire and special tools are purchased by Party B. If the materials are purchased in our factory, due to personal reasons of Party B, we cannot continue to make paintings. In order to ensure the quality of our products, the materials are not refundable.

2. Party A is responsible for recycling the products of Party B and paying the processing fee in cash, rejecting semi-finished products and unqualified products for any reason.

2. Party B's rights and obligations

1. Voluntary purchase of materials after inspection and consent. If the product quality is wrong, Party B is responsible for it.

2. Party B shall be produced according to the sample provided by Party A, and may be produced by the person himself. If the private organization organizes the processing and the technology transfer, it must be approved by the factory, otherwise it will be handled according to the default.

Second, the breach of contract terms

1. Party A shall pay Party B's liquidated damages in violation of Article 1 of the contract.

2, Party B's outsourcing materials do not make fake, private technology transfer, paying Party A liquidated damages at 1 times per square meter of ____ yuan.

After the contract period, Party B shall apply and Party A shall have the right to renew or terminate the contract according to the production order.
