How to help rural vulnerable groups get out of trouble is a major issue that we need to study now. In order to enhance the social responsibility and social research ability of student party members, the school carried out the "six-six-six-six-six-education" winter holiday social practice activities. Based on its own characteristics, I was interested in amateur practice to conduct a survey on rural vulnerable groups. Some insights of myself.

I. Analysis of the status quo and causes of rural vulnerable groups

China is a big agricultural country. The agricultural population is the overwhelming majority. The status of this group is related to the state of the whole country. 2. Natural disasters and man-made disasters have caused some farmers' survival problems to be threatened. After the problem of food and clothing has just been solved, the ability of farmers to cope with other risks is still very low, especially in the face of natural disasters and diseases, always seemingly helpless. In a village in Yishan District, Jinan City, Shandong Province, there is a family suffering from leukemia. After spending all of the savings of 40,000 yuan, and borrowing more than 20,000 yuan from relatives and friends, the disease has not been cured. Without paying the medical bill, the child is forced to pull home from the big hospital and wait for the "miracle to appear." This family, who had just solved the problem of food and clothing, could have returned to the poverty line because of the disease. If she relies on her own strength to regain prosperity, I am afraid that it will not be possible within ten years. In addition, some peasants are poor due to poverty, poverty due to injury, or poverty due to poor management of the aquaculture industry. In the face of these natural disasters and man-made disasters, some farmers have weak ability to resist risks, often failing to deal with the situation, creating a potential for rural stability. Hidden dangers.

3. The knowledge structure is low, and there is no way to get rich and lead to poverty. A common problem in many rural areas is that farmers' knowledge is low. Over the years, some peasants have always believed that “the crops live without learning, and the people are squatting”, repeating the ancient farming methods, especially in the remote mountainous areas, still using the ancestral “slash and burn” farming methods, some new knowledge. New technologies are difficult to accept due to low cultural standards. Even if some farmers have a little cultural knowledge, they try to apply new technologies. They are greeted by a small table and greeted by a family, or they can enjoy two cups of inferior wines with friends and family. If they talk about any plans in the future, they will raise a lot of difficulties. In the face of difficulties, some are incapable of overcoming difficulties, and some are difficulties that they may overcome. However, regardless of their size, they are unwilling to overcome them. It’s okay to have a drink, and it’s a risk to step forward.

5. The inertia is serious and loses development opportunities. Many of the villages I visited, whether in the suburbs of the city or in remote rural areas, everyone gathered together to chat, drink, or play cards, and enjoy themselves. In the slack season, a lot of things need to be done. For example, in front of and behind the house, you can open up the wasteland to plant some vegetables and solve the problem of eating vegetables for a year. However, it is not easy to start. Once, I went to a farmer's friend's house for dinner. It was summer, and there were a lot of green vegetables. However, there were only a few pickles and porridge at the dinner table. After I ate this meal at his home, my heart was not a taste. I think if this family is a little more diligent, sprinkle some rapeseed in the wasteland around the house, and there will be endless dishes in a year. A few days later, I took spinach seeds, caraway seeds, small rapeseed and other kinds of rapeseed, and personally helped his family to cultivate vegetables. After a few months, when he went to his house, he looked at the green house. I am very embarrassed to say that for decades, why don’t you know how to order?

Due to the serious inertia, the family situation can not be greatly improved. Even if there is an opportunity to get rich, it always takes a wait-and-see attitude, and is reluctant to take the lead in running forward, plus lack of funds, lack of technology, lack of information, Many people have fears of difficulty. Under the combined effect of internal and external factors, they still feel that they are lying in the south wall and sun drying.

Second, how to help rural vulnerable groups get out of the predicament

The rural issue is a big problem that needs to be solved in the overall development of our country. The rural vulnerable groups need us to pull him a hand, so that they have the confidence and courage to overcome difficulties, provide them with a starting line, let them put down their burdens, and let them go light. Together to contribute to rural development. Through the investigation of many rural situations, I believe that helping the rural vulnerable groups to get out of the predicament requires efforts from the following aspects.

1. Help them to clear their minds and establish confidence in overcoming difficulties. Self-reliance and self-reliance are the key. 2. Give them the necessary support to enable them to stand up. Some vulnerable groups can't stand up after relying on their own strength after being hit. We are helping them to clear their ideas, but also provide necessary support, such as financial support, etc., should register some special hardship households. Always pay attention to their situation and help them contact microfinance to help them find projects and help them train their skills so that they can feel the care of the party and the warmth of the socialist family, so that they dare to face the reality and make them feel Hope is at your feet.
