The contemporary youth is a new force. So, what is the current state of thinking of contemporary college students? In order to understand the contemporary students' study, life, marriage and love, and analyze their ideological characteristics, the author conducted a questionnaire survey in four colleges and universities such as Sun Yat-Sen University, Guangzhou Finance College, Guangdong Foreign Language Foreign Trade School and Zhongshan College. In this survey, the author adopted an isometric sample survey method based on class, conducted on-site visit surveys, telephone interviews, etc. for 400 college students, which has a more scientific and comprehensive representation, which makes us have various aspects of contemporary college students. A more intuitive understanding.
This paper is divided into four major themes to analyze the ideological status of college students:

First, the investigation of the state of mind. As a successor to the construction of modern society, contemporary college students should be "family, state, and everything concerned." According to the survey, 74.1% of college students are "very concerned" about the major events at home and abroad, or "more concerned". They learn about various information through various newspapers and magazines. 6.8% of college students are optimistic about the future situation. They believe that "the world situation will tend to be peaceful", and 80.2% of college students believe that "local war will inevitably lead to world war, and world peace will be seriously threatened."

Second, the study of learning and living conditions. College students are the turning point in the transition from campus to society. So what is the concept of life and life of modern college students? Have you adapted to the development of society and gradually matured? After investigation and analysis, the author summarizes three major characteristics. 1. The goal is clear, but the interest in professional courses is not high. For his major, 62.2% of college students said they were "interested" and 37.8% were not interested in their profession. 2. Extracurricular activities are colorful. The survey found that 38.9% of university students participated in the associations of school associations, 45.5% of the activities of "active participation" in the activities of schools or departments, and only 9.8% of "never participate". 3, self-evaluation is not high, self-stress. 75.3% of college students feel that their pressure is "very large" or "bigger." The source of this pressure comes mainly from the graduation assignment of the university.

Third, the employment concept survey. Are college students optimistic about the future employment situation? What are the characteristics of career choice? In general, contemporary college students are not optimistic about the current employment situation and future employment situation. Only 28.8% of college students expressed confidence in future employment, and 55.1% believed that future employment was not well grasped. In the career orientation, 78.6% of the college students "considered the interests of the state and the individual", but 40.2% of the college students pay more attention to "personal interests, professional skills." In addition, 50.8% of college students pay attention to the conditions of employers.

Fourth, the investigation of the concept of marriage and love. In this survey, 49.6% of college students who are in favor of college, and less than 10% of opponents. More than one-third of college students are in love with colleges. "There is a feeling of comfort," 15.1% think Falling in college "can have more life experience." From this survey, we can see that the ideological status of contemporary young college students has obvious characteristics of the times, full of vitality and vitality, but there are still many defects and deficiencies in their thoughts. Building a scientific outlook on life, the worldview is very important to their growth. In addition to focusing on enriching their knowledge, modern college students should also put more energy into the spiritual construction.
