It is worth noting that in households with an average household area of less than 20 square meters, there are still 15.2% of families with more than three families living in peace. Most of them are low-income families who are retired, laid off, and have heavy family burdens and small employed population. The members of these families have not been able to improve their housing conditions due to their poor economic returns and low benefits.
