We put the cameras, tripods and other tools in the theater to find the best angle position early, and made some preparations, waiting for the film to start. I think that the interviewees' interests, hobbies, ages, experiences, etc. will be comprehensively understood before the interview, so that in the interview process, some high-quality questions that are of interest to the interviewees can be asked to capture the theme of the program. The interviewees felt cordial and quickly eliminated the strangeness and gave them a feeling of being respected. Secondly, the attitude at the interview should be warm and welcoming, and you can talk. What you mean by talking is to see what people are saying. For example, when interviewing leaders, the words should be solemn, the language should be beautiful, the decent and appropriate, the attitude is not humble, and so on. Attitude determines everything. If the interview does not respect the interviewee and is disgusted, then the entire interview can only end in failure.
