2019 Winter Holiday Auto Professional Social Practice Report

After the winter vacation, I was introduced to the Honda Hengda special sales service store in Guangzhou and started the two-week study and practice.
On the first day, "Going to work" because I couldn't know anything about the content of this guy in the car, the supervisor in the store gave me a master. Because it was the first day my enthusiasm was extremely high, no matter what Long Ge did, I wanted to help, but I was helpless. I was a rookie, doing anything clumsy, and doing a lot wrong, but Long Ge never rebuked me. Carefully taught me that the station in the workshop has been open, so the workshop is very cold, the temperature and the outside are very different, only half a day is frozen, but when you enter the paint booth, the temperature inside 60 degrees will be immediately It’s so hot and sweaty that I feel really ice and fire. I finally got a lunch. After lunch, I took a break for a while and went to work. The afternoon is much better than the morning. It’s not so clumsy. The master is also telling me when I’m free. A lot of knowledge about the car. The day is coming to an end soon. When I get home and see that I wear white work clothes in black, I feel embarrassed, but my heart is still beautiful. I learned a lot of things in the past. I don’t know why. The car repair tool has a general understanding of the body frame.
Under the guidance of the master, only three days ago, I was able to disassemble the door by one person and change the glass for the car. I saw that the first self-built car had a great sense of accomplishment.
In the blink of an eye, a week has passed. I switched from the sheet metal department to the mechanics department and started to learn about the engine, gearbox and other components. Here I met Li Kedan, a master who also graduated from the Department of Military Engineering. He also taught me carefully, the composition and working principle of each component, which made me a layman, and also learned the computer to detect vehicle failure.
Two weeks passed quickly, and I had to leave the Hengda store because of other things. In the half-month of Hengda, I learned the common sense of the various parts of the car, laying the foundation for the "Car Construction" course that will be opened. In addition, I also learned a lot of other knowledge, learned the attitude of doing things, and established a correct outlook on life. I believe that these will be of great help to my future life and work.
I miss the days of Guangben and look forward to the next internship.
