There are many ways for college students to practice in society: working, running business, going to the supermarket to work, etc. I think that no matter which one can make them grow their knowledge and grow their experience. The way I choose to work is mainly because I want to experience the life of working. In the past, I almost gave up my studies to work, and others said that I have to work hard. I want to see how hard it is. Second, I also want to learn about a factory, how a workshop is managed. With such curiosity, I came to Dongguan Kaida Toys Factory on July 2, and went through the formalities of entering the factory. On the 5th, I officially started working. The first job is very fresh, seriously follow the old staff, we do things is to stick two small toys together, it is easy to learn, but does not mean that you can do it because glue Less sticky and unstable, more will make the entire product scrapped. We started to do very unsatisfactory, or we will either overturn or scrap. I can't keep up with the quantity, and I can't keep up with the quality. But there is no shortcut. There is only a lot of practice to improve the speed. The taste of the glue is very unpleasant. I really feel sore after a day, but we feel very fulfilling, not as boring as before. Going to work takes up most of our time, and when I come back, I will look at magazines. I really feel very fulfilled.
During the shift to work, the team leader and the foreman are responsible for the work and manage well. However, I still feel that there is a flaw, that is, they are not very good at communicating with employees. I often hear that some team leaders or foremen are quarreling with employees and even quarreling. I think this requires communication. When employees make mistakes, they must be patient and sly, rather than complaining loudly. This will make employees anti-interest, they will complain to their bosses, complain about work, and even complain about life. It is not efficient for a person to work under such a negative attitude.
Society is complex. To find a job is difficult, it is even harder to find a suitable one. The recruitment requirements of the company not only require academic qualifications but also social experience and other conditions. A newly emerging university student faces severe employment problems because he has little social experience. Many college students are mixed during college, playing games, etc., and feel that they can get a college degree. Actually, the society needs talent. Reading a university is not only about learning, but also learning to do things, participating in various meaningful activities, and improving your comprehensive ability to adapt to society. Only a diploma is not enough. A friend told me that some people come out after college. Some talents, some people became humans after coming out of the university, and some people became scum after the university came out. I think everyone wants to be a talent, and no one wants to be a scum. To become a talented person, it must undergo many successes and failures. I am afraid of failure, but failure is inevitable. Anyone will fail. Failure will not have a standard of judgment. The same thing is in your opinion. It is a failure, it may be successful in the eyes of others, and sometimes you will not think so. Therefore, we must treat failures correctly and look at failures with an optimistic attitude. Only failure can lead to experience, and failure is the mother of success.
This social practice has made me understand a lot. The society is not so easy to stand on. Therefore, we should cherish the opportunity to study at university, study professional knowledge, and use the extracurricular or winter and summer vacations to practice in the society and improve our ability.
