In order to thoroughly implement the requirements of "building a Marxist learning-oriented political party and raising the ideological and political level of the whole party" put forward by the Fourth Plenary Session of the 17th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, and implementing the spirit of the "Implementation Plan for Promoting the Construction of a Learning Party Organization in the District", This implementation plan is now formulated in conjunction with the actual work of the district health system.

First, the guiding ideology

Adhere to the guidance of Deng Xiaoping Theory and the important thinking of the 'Three Represents', thoroughly implement the scientific development concept and the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 17th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, so as to enhance the creativity, cohesiveness, and combat effectiveness of the party organization, and focus on cultivating "the armed forces of scientific theory." 5. Professional business knowledge. According to the needs of different professions and different positions, organize all kinds of learning and training at all levels, learn business knowledge, improve professional skills, and enhance the ability to serve the people. 1. Implement the learning system and adhere to centralized learning.
