As a university student in geography, it is very important to combine the theoretical knowledge and practice. According to the requirements of the school, I conducted a two-week internship during the summer. Through the internship, I got a preliminary understanding of the basic process of teaching. First, prepare lessons

Because geography is a marginal discipline in the natural and social sciences, it is closely related to other disciplines. When preparing a lesson, you should not only pay attention to the mastery of the subject knowledge, but also pay attention to the integration of other disciplines. Considering the theoretical strength of geography, students are hard to understand. I have specially added some image models, which are visualized and embodied in geography, which makes it easy for students to accept. When it comes to wrinkled landforms, most of the students have not seen the folds because we are in the plains. If you show the fold model in the classroom and the experiment of squeezing the book into folds, you can make the students better understand what is the formation of the fold landform and the fold landform. For example, when explaining the folk customs, appropriate selection of some representative pictures, local landmarks, video recordings during festivals, etc., can give students an immersive experience and make students feel the local customs. With the modernization of teaching equipment, multimedia technology is becoming more and more popular in school teaching. In the teaching process, new technologies should be fully applied. Because of my lack of computer knowledge and unskilled operation, in order not to travel in the classroom, this time I can make up for the computer knowledge. The selection of the geographic model should also pay attention to the size. It must be visible to the whole class, clearly visible, and easy to take, without causing trouble for teaching activities. After the show, put it in a place that students can't see, and don't affect the students' attention. Pay attention to the number of photos in the selection of photos, too much, easy to distract students' attention, so that students only pay attention to the picture, but do not pay attention to what is said, the cart before the horse. Too few to easily overlook some representative things, students can not be better familiar with the local humanities phenomenon, and have little knowledge of what they have learned.

Third, teaching

Standing on the podium and sitting underneath it feels different. Classroom instruction makes an organizational job. In the classroom, it is necessary to allocate the time appropriately, and the content of the explanation is light and heavy, both to be comprehensive and to highlight the key points. Not only can you properly display teaching models, pictures, videos, etc., it can not only ease the tension in the classroom, but also enhance the students' interest in learning and enhance the understanding of knowledge.

Classroom discipline and good classroom discipline are powerful guarantees for the smooth progress of the lectures. For geography majors, although they have mastered certain subject knowledge, they will be confused and incomprehensible in the face of the questions and infinite imagination of the students. Participate in more practical activities. Theory is not equal to practice. In real classroom teaching, there are often unexpected incidents that are unpredictable by textbook knowledge.
