I went to Chongqing Dazu County Garment City to carry out social practice. In this social practice, I contacted the society, worked as a service staff, and learned about the various rules of the service industry and the hardships. My major is hotel management and third. In the industrial service industry, this summer practice has given me a deeper understanding and understanding of the service industry. I believe that it will be of great help to my future work.

Dazu County is located in the southeastern part of the Sichuan Basin, in the northwest of Chongqing City. It is located in the middle of the Chuanzhong Hill and the parallel ridge of the eastern Sichuan. Lake-Yulongshan Forest Park, one of the 72 martyrdoms of Huanghuagang, the former residence of Rao Guoliang, Guoliang Bailu Nature Reserve, Baiji Garden, Longshui Lake Hot Spring, etc. It is the first batch of Grade A tourism open counties in the country. The starting point of the Yangtze River Three Gorges tourist route determined by the state has won the honors of China's outstanding tourist cities, national excellent tourist cities, national civilized demonstration scenic spots, the first batch of AAAA scenic spots, and Chongqing's best tourist attractions. . Dazu County is a tourist city. Every year, many tourists and overseas tourists come here to visit, which also drives the local economic development. My summer practice clothing city is located in the footing area of ​​Dazu County. The location is very good. Every day, there are a large number of tourists and local people buying clothes in the store.

During the summer vacation, I was a shopping guide in the clothing city. There are 12 waiters in the store. Each guide is responsible for several rows of clothes. Each person has his own area. The clothes are kept by themselves. Loss is also the responsibility of the loss. As a shopping guide, I go to work every morning at 8:30 and then clean the area, clean the floor, wipe the floor, wipe the hangers, etc. It is a long time to go to work at 9:30 in the evening, but the management system of the clothing city is a three-day break, and then each waiter takes turns to each selling point. In practice, what I am most afraid of is collecting money. Sometimes it is very likely to receive fake money or return money to others. These are all responsible for compensation. The store has several executives who are responsible for guarding the goods and redeeming the change. If there are a lot of electric power, they will help buy clothes. In general, the management and system of this point are good, but there are still many defects that need to be improved. The following is my own opinion:

First: The store should be well decorated and the facade is too old. In the hiking area, there are three clothing cities, and the other two are well decorated. The air conditioning equipment is very complete, but the store does not. Our customers are mainly in the general public, so many people come to the store to try on clothes every day, and there is no air conditioning in the store, which will cause many customers to feel the irritability of trying on clothes, which is not conducive to successful sales, and the rest The advantages of the two clothing cities will be more prominent. From the point of view of cost, electric fans and air conditioners, in the long run, all of this improvement outweighs the disadvantages.

Second: The store should set up a checkout counter. For such a large shopping mall, the checkout counter seems to be necessary, so that the clerk is responsible for the clothing in different areas, while collecting money, while being alert to the thief, but also to face the customer enthusiastically, this seems to be difficult for the waiter. It is inevitable that mistakes will occur, or that the waiter will lose sight of one another and not be able to face the customer well, which is also unfavorable for the clothing city.

Third: The management system of the store should be revised. For example, working hours are too long. Although it is a three-day day off, but more than eight hours of work a day, plus loading, loading, etc., are very serious for the waiter. I think the store should take two shifts. The system of work is reversed, and a certain reward and punishment system is adopted. For example, if the total income of each month reaches 20,000, the reward is 50 yuan. In each group, a team leader is selected, and the team leader manages her three waiters. Dividing goods, discharging goods, etc., so that the waiter has a better working environment can also more motivate the waiter's work enthusiasm, and also reduce the difficulty of management, so that managers can better understand the operation of the store and deal with.

Fourth: The store should raise the demand for service personnel. Dazu is a world famous stone carving town. There are many foreign tourists coming back for sightseeing and shopping. The location is very good. Many foreign tourists have come here, but the service staff in the store is not very high. The highest academics are high school students, and the service staff in the store is too old. They should be trained to ask for basic English questions and answers. In addition, many service personnel have a very bad working attitude, often insulting others, or not actively selling to customers.

Fifth: The store should launch some promotion strategies. In order to compete in the three clothing cities and get the praise of customers, I feel that the necessary promotion has a positive effect. For example, students who have a student ID can be offered a discount, 10% off. For the holidays, the corresponding promotion can also be carried out. The store's previous operation method is pricing sales, no discount, no bargaining, but for other potential consumers, we can attract them through promotion, which is better than the other two clothing cities. A certain competitive advantage, won the favor of customers.

The above is just my personal opinion and one, perhaps not deep enough, not clear enough, but this is a little thought in the city Jingan. Of course, through this summer practice, I also learned a lot of things that I couldn’t learn at school, and I have some practical experiences:

First: learn to speak; the most common thing that a shopping guide in a clothing city is to use their eloquence to let customers buy their own clothes. Through this practice for more than a month, I learned how to face different ages and different classes. People of different personalities go to talk, observe their behaviors, and let them like these clothes through their own introductions, so that they are not enough to like or they are picky and dissatisfied, let them ignore and let them like. These jobs have also exercised their ability to observe and observe.

Second: Learn to be a human being; there are 12 waiters in the clothing city. Although everyone is responsible for different areas, the interpersonal relationship in the work is very important, so that you can make your work smoother and at the same time let yourself The mood is more cheerful. At work, I am very cared for by my sisters. Everyone is very friendly and often helps me so that I can get used to the job better. The ability to be a person is very important for entering the society in the future. It not only affects your own work, but also affects your emotions.

Third: There must be a spirit of hard work and hard work; in practice, every day long hours of work and hanging goods, dumping goods is very tired, must have a certain willingness to endure hardships, be responsible for the work, earnest, hardship is certain of.

Fourth: There must be a certain spirit of service; as a service person, the spirit of service is a must. In the work, you are not a student at all. To change roles, you are no longer a princess at home, as a service person. We must have our own spirit of service. We must try our best to satisfy customers' demands and not be able to do things with their own temperament. For the future work in hotel management, I feel that the spirit of service is very necessary. This summer practice has really made me realize the guidelines and attitudes that service personnel should have.

Fifth: I want to improve myself at any time. When I work in Dazu, I often meet some foreign tourists. When they buy things in the store, the ability to communicate in English is a must. I deeply feel the importance of English. When you are doing service, you can't rely on others and other tools at all. You only have to rely on your own knowledge to deal with it. Before you used to communicate with foreign teachers in school, you can use electronic dictionaries to ask for help from friends. At work, your sentence may be the key to the success of this transaction. English is really important.
