I went to the post of Vice President of the University of Radio and TV in August last year. First, strengthen learning, thinking often new

Since I became the vice-president, I have insisted on the spirit of seeking truth and being pragmatic, pioneering and enterprising, and the help of departmental colleagues to better accomplish the objectives and tasks. Mainly reflects the following aspects:

1. Office work: The office is in the center of the link, coordination, and internal and external relations. It is a window to the outside world. As a "window" of the school, the quality of service reflects the overall image of the school. Therefore, it can better assist the principal's office to introduce 23 new teachers in the year of 2003, cooperate with the school's general branch and administration to do a good job in the second round of middle-level cadres, and arrange for the qualifications of teachers, promotion of titles, and evaluation; In order to enrich and enrich the campus network and the current education center, carefully designed and rationally arranged, the campus network has various forms and rich contents, and 160 kinds of graphic information has been released. 2. 3. Follow-up work: With the vigorous development of the school, the follow-up work has also achieved certain results. First, under normal circumstances, the national English level test sites are not located at the county level, but at the prefecture-level level, but after the care and support of the leaders of all parties, this year our school applied for the national English level test sites and training points, just because of me. The district has test sites to facilitate candidates, so the number of candidates has soared from 430 to 1,130, a growth of 263%. Second, in addition to the original normal training programs, the company also actively expanded new training programs, opened the Japanese primary training class, the tenth training course of the factory manager and manager, and the total training reached 2,300. Third, the issue of “agriculture, rural areas and farmers” is the most concerned and hot issue of all walks of life in the country. As a county-level TV university, it has already mentioned the agenda of our school for the service of “agriculture, rural areas and farmers”. For this reason, I have consulted with the labor bureau many times. Exchanges, communication, and struggle have become one of the units that the district government has allocated funds for “three rural” and laid-off personnel training.

4. Work in other fields: The scale of the school's business has been continuously expanded, and the number of young teachers introduced has increased. On the one hand, it has added fresh blood to the school, and on the other hand, it has brought difficulties to family planning work. To this end, the relevant regulations on family planning have been formulated. At the same time, the Women's Committee organized a knowledge contest on the Family Planning Law and the Jiangsu Family Planning Regulations. 77 female teachers of childbearing age participated in the competition and scored an average of 98.4 points. In the case of limited school funding, a physical examination of female teachers of childbearing age is organized annually, and electronic information management of the marriage, pregnancy, education, and birth control of female teachers is carried out.
